【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,人們的生活水平質(zhì)量得到了極大提升,這在很大程度上促進(jìn)了旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展,國(guó)內(nèi)旅游市場(chǎng)的規(guī)模迅速擴(kuò)大。對(duì)于一個(gè)旅游團(tuán)隊(duì)而言,其團(tuán)隊(duì)成員往往來(lái)源于全國(guó)各地,如果采用手工處理和統(tǒng)計(jì)方式,很難保證各項(xiàng)數(shù)據(jù)采集的實(shí)時(shí)性和準(zhǔn)確性,因此,傳統(tǒng)的手工管理方式已經(jīng)難以適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代旅游業(yè)的快速發(fā)展需求。在此背景下,國(guó)內(nèi)旅行社亟需一套高可靠性、高實(shí)用性的旅游團(tuán)隊(duì)管理軟件,通過該軟件,提高旅游項(xiàng)目、旅游團(tuán)隊(duì)等各項(xiàng)工作的管理效率和水平。本文針對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)旅行社的運(yùn)作特點(diǎn)和旅游團(tuán)隊(duì)的管理需要,提出了旅游團(tuán)隊(duì)管理系統(tǒng)的研究方案。首先,通過大量文獻(xiàn)資料的閱讀,充分了解了項(xiàng)目的開發(fā)背景、研究意義及重要性,并對(duì)課題的國(guó)內(nèi)外研究和應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析,確認(rèn)了目標(biāo)系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的必要性。其次,通過實(shí)地調(diào)研,對(duì)旅游企業(yè)原有的業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行了分析,找出其中存在的問題,在此基礎(chǔ)上完成了項(xiàng)目管理、組團(tuán)管理、過程管理、投訴管理、結(jié)算管理等業(yè)務(wù)流程的再造。再次,通過功能分析,得出了旅游團(tuán)隊(duì)管理系統(tǒng)的主要用戶角色,并完成了系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)流分析和功能結(jié)構(gòu)分析工作,給出了具體的數(shù)據(jù)流圖和功能結(jié)構(gòu)圖。最后,根據(jù)系統(tǒng)功能的數(shù)據(jù)分析過程,對(duì)系統(tǒng)主要實(shí)體之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了分析,給出了具體的實(shí)體屬性圖和關(guān)鍵實(shí)體E-R圖,并根據(jù)實(shí)體屬性給出了系統(tǒng)的主要數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)表結(jié)構(gòu)。本文的研究主要來(lái)源于國(guó)內(nèi)旅行社的旅游團(tuán)隊(duì)管理工作現(xiàn)狀,通過系統(tǒng)的研究與分析,對(duì)團(tuán)隊(duì)管理進(jìn)行了規(guī)范,以此達(dá)到提高國(guó)內(nèi)旅行社管理水平和工作效率的目的。此外,通過對(duì)旅行社旅游資源的重新整合,能夠在很大程度上增強(qiáng)旅行社的經(jīng)營(yíng)決策能力。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's social economy, the quality of life of people has been greatly improved, which to a large extent has promoted the development of tourism, and the scale of domestic tourism market has expanded rapidly.For a tourism team, its members often come from all over the country. If manual processing and statistics are used, it is difficult to ensure the real-time and accuracy of data collection.Traditional manual management has been difficult to adapt to the rapid development of modern tourism demand.Under this background, the domestic travel agency urgently needs a set of high reliability, high practicability tourism team management software, through this software, enhances the traveling project, the tour team and so on each work management efficiency and the level.According to the operational characteristics of domestic travel agencies and the management needs of tourism teams, this paper puts forward the research scheme of tourism team management system.First of all, through the reading of a large number of documents, we fully understand the background, significance and importance of the project, and analyze the current research and application situation of the project at home and abroad, and confirm the necessity of the development of the target system.Secondly, through the field investigation, the original business process of tourism enterprises is analyzed, and the existing problems are found out. On this basis, the project management, group management, process management, complaint management are completed.Business process reengineering such as settlement management.Thirdly, through the function analysis, the main user role of the tourism team management system is obtained, and the system data flow analysis and the function structure analysis are completed, and the concrete data flow diagram and the function structure diagram are given.Finally, according to the data analysis process of the system function, the relationship between the main entities of the system is analyzed, the concrete entity attribute graph and the key entity E-R graph are given, and the main database table structure of the system is given according to the entity attribute.The research of this paper mainly comes from the current situation of tourism team management of domestic travel agencies. Through systematic research and analysis, the paper standardizes the team management, in order to improve the management level and work efficiency of domestic travel agencies.In addition, the tourism resources of travel agencies can be reintegrated to a great extent to enhance the ability of travel agencies to make decisions.
