【摘要】:上海電力電纜公司對(duì)工程質(zhì)量始終高度重視,由于公司項(xiàng)目的施工作業(yè)規(guī)模越來越大、要求越來越高,因此信息化的質(zhì)量管理成為實(shí)施有效的工程質(zhì)量管理所必需的支持工具,特別是針對(duì)大型工程項(xiàng)目實(shí)現(xiàn)全周期和全方位的質(zhì)量管理,在質(zhì)量管理的高效性和準(zhǔn)確性方面是不可替代的主要工具。該施工作業(yè)質(zhì)量管理系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)目標(biāo),是應(yīng)用全面質(zhì)量管理的理論和方法對(duì)該公司的工程項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量進(jìn)行多層面的規(guī)范管理。本文從軟件工程的角度論述該系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn),為此首先討論了上海電力電纜工程公司的施工作業(yè)質(zhì)量管理信息系統(tǒng)的需求分析,概要分析了該軟件系統(tǒng)的總體功能目標(biāo),然后分別從質(zhì)量基礎(chǔ)信息管理和施工過程質(zhì)量事務(wù)管理兩個(gè)方面分別討論該軟件的主要功能,給出了開工事務(wù)管理、施工過程質(zhì)量監(jiān)測(cè)及評(píng)定、工程材料及設(shè)備質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù)管理等主要功能的用例模型。接下來闡述上海電力電纜工程公司的項(xiàng)目施工質(zhì)量管理系統(tǒng)的軟件設(shè)計(jì)方案,從概要設(shè)計(jì)、數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計(jì)和主要模塊的內(nèi)部對(duì)象組成及數(shù)據(jù)處理流程的角度進(jìn)行了分析討論,建立了數(shù)據(jù)庫主要數(shù)據(jù)實(shí)體的E/R模型和事務(wù)管理模塊的輸出處理流程。以設(shè)計(jì)方案為基礎(chǔ),論文最后闡述了該軟件的程序開發(fā)、主要程序?qū)崿F(xiàn)及測(cè)試。該系統(tǒng)的程序?qū)崿F(xiàn)采用Java編程,數(shù)據(jù)庫服務(wù)器采用SQL Server,運(yùn)行及部署環(huán)境基于Windows平臺(tái)環(huán)境。該軟件目前通過測(cè)試和試運(yùn)行,較好地滿足了上述開發(fā)目標(biāo),對(duì)該企業(yè)的工程質(zhì)量管理在信息的完整性、及時(shí)性、準(zhǔn)確性和質(zhì)量管理的成本效率方面都取得了積極的成效。
[Abstract]:Shanghai Electric Power Cable Company has always attached great importance to the quality of the project. Because the scale of the construction work of the company project is getting larger and larger and the requirements are becoming higher and higher, the quality management of information technology has become the necessary support tool for the implementation of effective project quality management.Especially for large engineering projects, it is an irreplaceable main tool to achieve full cycle and omnidirectional quality management in terms of high efficiency and accuracy of quality management.The development goal of the construction work quality management system is to apply the theory and method of total quality management to manage the quality of the engineering project of the company at various levels.This paper discusses the design and implementation of the system from the point of view of software engineering. Firstly, the requirement analysis of the quality management information system for construction work of Shanghai Electric Power Cable Engineering Company is discussed, and the overall functional objectives of the software system are briefly analyzed.Then the main functions of the software are discussed from the two aspects of quality basic information management and construction process quality affairs management, and the construction process quality monitoring and evaluation are given.Use case model for main functions such as quality data management of engineering materials and equipment.Secondly, the software design scheme of the project construction quality management system of Shanghai Electric Power Cable Engineering Company is described. From the point of view of outline design, database design, internal object composition of main modules and data processing flow, the paper analyzes and discusses the software design scheme of the project construction quality management system of Shanghai Electric Power Cable Engineering Company.The E / R model of the main data entities in the database and the output processing flow of the transaction management module are established.On the basis of the design scheme, the program development, main program realization and test of the software are described in the last part of the paper.The program of the system is programmed by Java, the database server is implemented by SQL Server, and the environment of running and deploying is based on Windows platform.At present, the software has been tested and tested to meet the above development objectives, and has achieved positive results in the integrity, timeliness, accuracy and cost efficiency of the enterprise's engineering quality management.
