【摘要】：全球經(jīng)濟(jì)已經(jīng)進(jìn)入了激烈競爭和迅速發(fā)展的時代。只有不斷提高核心競爭力,企業(yè)才能在競爭中立于不敗之地,這也是擺在每個企業(yè)面前的當(dāng)務(wù)之急。隨著中國制造業(yè)的發(fā)展,中國從“制造大國”向“智造大國”前進(jìn)的步伐中,產(chǎn)品的創(chuàng)新與開發(fā)能力提高是中國企業(yè)在國際化進(jìn)程中必須跨過的障礙。企業(yè)在創(chuàng)新研究和設(shè)計開發(fā)的過程中引入越來越多的IT工具和信息系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行輔助支持。其中產(chǎn)品生命周期管理(Product Lifecycle Management,簡稱PLM)是企業(yè)在產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新研究、設(shè)計開發(fā)過程中使用最廣泛的一種應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)。PLM是一種基于產(chǎn)品生命周期理論的管理信息系統(tǒng),涵蓋了產(chǎn)品需求、產(chǎn)品設(shè)計、產(chǎn)品開發(fā)、產(chǎn)品制造、產(chǎn)品上市,直到產(chǎn)品退市各階段。實施PLM將幫助公司節(jié)省成本和提高利潤以及提升企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力,特別是在研發(fā)領(lǐng)域的創(chuàng)新研究和設(shè)計開發(fā)能力。產(chǎn)品生命周期管理系統(tǒng)PLM不僅能夠?qū)Ξa(chǎn)品信息進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一管理,還能夠充分利用研發(fā)、需求分析以及銷售等各方面的信息,進(jìn)而提升公司的研發(fā)創(chuàng)新水平。PLM作為管理學(xué)中的一種具體表現(xiàn)形式,主要解決企業(yè)產(chǎn)品從用戶需求、訂單信息、產(chǎn)品研發(fā)、工藝設(shè)計、生產(chǎn)制造到維護(hù)維修整個生命周期過程中的數(shù)據(jù)管理、過程管理以及跨部門、跨區(qū)域和供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同工作的問題。當(dāng)今社會發(fā)展主要依靠科技與知識,PLM管理系統(tǒng)的合理運用,能夠為產(chǎn)品的研發(fā)與生產(chǎn)提供信息化發(fā)展途徑。隨著PLM技術(shù)在企業(yè)的實施和不斷深入應(yīng)用,企業(yè)對其上線運營也有了更高的要求。本文的研究重點是：論述PLM項目的具體實施過程及其使用中的方式步驟,通過美的冰箱事業(yè)部PLM項目的成功實踐,探討出對制造企業(yè)具有廣泛性、實際操作性的適用策略。在本研究課題中,基于公司應(yīng)用之視角,通過實例分析法,參考與產(chǎn)品生命周期管理等相關(guān)的基本理論,加強和實踐活動的結(jié)合,綜合應(yīng)用項目管理法、系統(tǒng)研究法以及運作管理法等,將美的集團(tuán)冰箱事業(yè)部PLM項目視為研究對象,對當(dāng)前正在實施的優(yōu)化產(chǎn)品周期項目展開深入而全面的分析。結(jié)合應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)的具體運作狀況,對實際應(yīng)用過程中所遇到的難題、具體解決方法進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一整理,且基于此對如何更好地提升系統(tǒng)性能、促進(jìn)后期發(fā)展給出個人建議。在本文中,所進(jìn)行的工作主要包括：第一,闡述本文的研究的背景和意義,然后分析和研究PLM在國內(nèi)外的研究成果,并由此確定本文的內(nèi)容和研究的方法。第二,介紹產(chǎn)品生命周期管理的基本概念和主要功能的基礎(chǔ),簡述PLM與其它IT系統(tǒng)的關(guān)系。第三,對通用的項目管理理論做了簡要概述,并針對PLM項目管理特點和管理理論做了詳細(xì)闡述。針對PLM項目管理特點,對PLM項目管理模型的重要組成部分進(jìn)行具體的研究,并對典型企業(yè)的PLM系統(tǒng)中項目管理基本流程進(jìn)行闡述。第四,先簡要介紹本論文中的案例(某家電企業(yè)實施PLM項目)的總體情況。接下來詳細(xì)分析企業(yè)實施PLM存在的問題與分析及其解決方案。第五,基于本案例總結(jié)企業(yè)成功實施PLM的特征以及對PLM系統(tǒng)的展望。
[Abstract]:The global economy has entered the era of fierce competition and rapid development. PLM not only can manage product information, but also fully the use of research and development, all aspects of the analysis of demand and sales information, and enhance the company's R & D innovation level of.PLM as a specific form of management science, which mainly solves the enterprise product from the user demand, order information, product development, process design, manufacturing and maintenance of data management and maintenance of the entire life cycle process, process management and cross sectoral, cross regional and supply chain collaborative work. The development of today's society mainly rely on technology and knowledge, reasonable transportation management system PLM Use, can provide information development way for product development and production. With the deepening of PLM technology application in enterprises and enterprises have higher requirements for its on-line operations. The focus of this paper is: discusses the specific steps during the implementation of PLM project and its use in the way, through the successful practice of beauty refrigerator Division of the PLM project, to explore the universality of manufacturing enterprises, the actual operation of the strategy used. In this research, based on the perspective of corporate applications, through the case analysis, and product life cycle management basic theory, combined with the strengthening and practice the comprehensive application of project management method system, research method and operation management method, the group refrigerator division PLM project the United States as research object, in-depth and comprehensive analysis to optimize the product cycle project currently being implemented Analysis. Combined with the specific operation condition of application system, the problems encountered in the practical application, the concrete solution of consolidation, based on this and on how to better improve the system performance, to promote the development of the late give personal advice. In this paper, the main work includes: first, expounds the background and significance of this the study, then the analysis and study of PLM in the domestic and foreign research results, and thus determine the content and methods of this research. Second, describes the basic concept of product lifecycle management and the main function, the relationship between PLM and other IT systems. Third, gave a brief overview of the general theory of project management, and described in detail for PLM project management characteristics and management theory. According to the characteristics of PLM project management, an important part of the PLM project management model were discussed, and the typical enterprises The basic process of project management system of PLM industry were reviewed in this paper. Fourth, briefly introduced the case of this thesis (PLM implementation of a household electrical appliance enterprises).
