【摘要】：項目進度管理是項目成功的關鍵,是項目管理中的核心組成部分。如何在合理的時間內、有限的資源下高質量的完成整個項目,需要找到一個有效的項目進度管理的方法來對項目進行規(guī)劃、開展和執(zhí)行。E公司智能節(jié)能云系統(tǒng)工程項目是E公司和T大學設計院合作開發(fā)的基于大型空間辦公場所和大型商業(yè)場所購物中心的智能節(jié)能云系統(tǒng)項目,以T大學設計院的一個大型辦公場所作為實地實施場所。由于本項目,實施周期長,所用的技術新穎,市場上沒有可參照的產(chǎn)品,所以項目進度管理尤為重要。本文以該項目為例,結合項目進度管理的方法和工具,提出了一種高效的項目進度管理方案,為同類型項目提供了參考。本文利用項目進度管理相關理論,對E公司智能節(jié)能云系統(tǒng)工程項目進度管理進行分析,找出E公司項目進度管理中存在的工作結構不清晰、資源分配不合理、項目工期估算不成熟、項目進度缺乏有效監(jiān)控等問題。通過對關鍵鏈等先進的項目進度管理方法的研究,建立了結合掙值法的關鍵鏈項目進度管理模型。在實踐過程中,針對E公司項目進度管理中存在的問題,用WBS把項目工作結構細分,利用關鍵鏈技術優(yōu)化資源分配,利用帕累托法則對緩沖區(qū)優(yōu)化使項目工期估算方法更科學,利用二級掙值法改進項目進度監(jiān)控方案,形成了有效的項目進度管理方案。確保項目按時完成,增強項目進度的有效監(jiān)控能力,提高項目執(zhí)行效率。本文對項目進度管理做了詳細的分析研究,提出了可行的嵌入掙值法關鍵鏈項目進度管理模型,解決了E公司在項目進度管理中存在的一系列問題。在實踐中完善了公司項目進度管理方法,增強項目進度管理實施的效果,最終保障項目得以按時完成,給E公司在未來的項目管理注入活力。
[Abstract]:Project schedule management is the key to project success and the core component of project management.How to finish the whole project with high quality in a reasonable time and limited resources, we need to find an effective method of project schedule management to plan the project.Developing and implementing the. E company intelligent energy-efficient cloud system project is an intelligent energy-efficient cloud system project developed by e company and T university design institute based on large-scale office space and large-scale commercial shopping center,To T University Design Institute of a large office as the implementation of the site.Because the project has a long implementation period, the technology used is novel and there are no reference products in the market, so the project schedule management is particularly important.Taking the project as an example and combining the methods and tools of project schedule management, an efficient project schedule management scheme is proposed in this paper, which provides a reference for the same type of project.Based on the theory of project schedule management, this paper analyzes the project schedule management of E Company's Intelligent Energy-saving Cloud system, and finds out that the work structure is not clear and the resource allocation is unreasonable in E Company's project schedule management.The project time estimate is not mature, the project schedule lacks the effective monitoring and so on.Based on the research of advanced project schedule management methods such as key chain, a key chain project schedule management model combining earned value method is established.In the process of practice, in view of the problems existing in project schedule management of E Company, the project work structure is subdivided by WBS, the resource allocation is optimized by using key chain technology, and the method of estimating project duration is more scientific by using Pareto rule to optimize the buffer zone.The two-level earned value method is used to improve the project schedule monitoring scheme, and an effective project schedule management scheme is formed.Ensure the project is completed on time, enhance the ability to monitor the progress of the project and improve the efficiency of project execution.This paper makes a detailed analysis and study on project schedule management, puts forward a feasible key chain project schedule management model with embedded earned value method, and solves a series of problems existing in project schedule management of E Company.In practice, the method of project schedule management is perfected, the effect of project schedule management is enhanced, and the project can be completed on time, thus infusing vitality into E company's project management in the future.
