【摘要】：在教師專業(yè)化命題成為教育學(xué)領(lǐng)域一種共識(shí)之后,而作為實(shí)現(xiàn)教師專業(yè)化的主渠道———教師培訓(xùn),其專業(yè)化問(wèn)題則成為新的關(guān)注點(diǎn)。本文藉由對(duì)目前教師培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀和問(wèn)題的分析,依托方法學(xué)、心理學(xué)、社會(huì)學(xué)、管理學(xué)、教育學(xué)等多學(xué)科的理論,梳理出教師培訓(xùn)的十大核心要素:對(duì)象變量要素、需求評(píng)價(jià)要素、主題設(shè)計(jì)要素、理論建構(gòu)要素、內(nèi)容生成要素、過(guò)程互動(dòng)參與要素、任務(wù)驅(qū)動(dòng)要素、團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)要素、效果評(píng)價(jià)要素、項(xiàng)目管理要素。
[Abstract]:After the proposition of teacher specialization has become a consensus in the field of pedagogy, and as the main channel to realize the specialization of teachers-teacher training, its specialization has become a new concern.By analyzing the current situation and problems of teacher training and relying on the theories of methodology, psychology, sociology, management, pedagogy and so on, this paper sorts out the ten core elements of teacher training: object variable elements.Needs evaluation elements, theme design elements, theoretical construction elements, content generation elements, process interactive participation elements, task driven elements, team building elements, effect evaluation elements, project management elements.
