【摘要】：當(dāng)前,全國各地霧霾天氣時(shí)常如穹頂籠罩各地,人們深受其害,卻又力不從心,束手無策。人們渴望改善,各行各業(yè)都在努力。作為霧霾的貢獻(xiàn)者之一,我國建筑施工行業(yè)早在2006年前就已提出了“綠色施工”概念。希望通過綠色施工,保護(hù)環(huán)境,降低資源消耗。近幾年來,綠色施工宣傳越來越廣泛,行業(yè)內(nèi)已逐步被專業(yè)人員了解和熟悉,國家、行業(yè)、省、各地市均在大量倡導(dǎo)建筑施工必須綠色施工。綠色施工不同于傳統(tǒng)的文明施工,盡管各級政府和行業(yè)要求開展綠色施工,但建筑施工企業(yè)項(xiàng)目部往往實(shí)施困難,不愿推動(dòng)。致使綠色施工推行緩慢,目前,我國綠色施工推廣現(xiàn)狀仍處于創(chuàng)建國家級、省級或市級示范工程項(xiàng)目的階段,并未在全國大部分項(xiàng)目推廣實(shí)施。究其原因,雖然開展綠色施工能帶來明顯的社會(huì)和環(huán)保效益,但大多數(shù)項(xiàng)目施工人員對綠色施工管理概念認(rèn)識不足,對開展綠色施工能否給項(xiàng)目部帶來明顯的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益沒有信心、沒有把握,因?yàn)殚_展綠色施工,必須先做一定的投入,所以大多數(shù)項(xiàng)目望而卻步。本文首先闡述我對建筑工程項(xiàng)目全面實(shí)施綠色施工管理體系的理解,再通過我在三建興城培訓(xùn)中心項(xiàng)目全面實(shí)施綠色施工的實(shí)踐,分析該項(xiàng)目通過全面實(shí)施綠色施工管理體系,是否取得了預(yù)期的效果,是否獲得了良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)效益。全面綠色施工管理體系研究主要內(nèi)容如下:(1)全面綠色施工管理體系的理論內(nèi)涵。(2)全面綠色施工管理體系的策劃與實(shí)施。(3)全面綠色施工管理體系的評價(jià)。(4)通過三建興城培訓(xùn)中心項(xiàng)目全面實(shí)施綠色施工管理體系案例取得的實(shí)施效果,分析項(xiàng)目管理全面實(shí)施綠色施工管理體系科學(xué)性、必要性。通過研究,為廣大項(xiàng)目施工管理人員全面推廣綠色施工管理體系,并取得經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)效益的成功提供參考,為項(xiàng)目全面實(shí)施綠色施工管理體系提供方法和思路,對推動(dòng)我國建筑工程項(xiàng)目自覺自發(fā)地全面實(shí)施綠色施工管理、減少建筑施工對環(huán)境的影響很有意義。
[Abstract]:At present, haze weather all over the country often dome around, people suffer from it, but unable to do what they can do.People are eager to improve and all kinds of industries are working hard.As one of the contributors of haze, the construction industry of our country put forward the concept of "green construction" as early as 2006.We hope to protect the environment and reduce the consumption of resources through green construction.In recent years, the green construction propaganda is more and more widespread, the profession has been gradually understood and familiar by the professional personnel, the country, the profession, the province, the each city is advocating the construction must the green construction in a large number.Green construction is different from traditional civilized construction. Although all levels of government and industry require green construction, the project department of construction enterprise is often difficult to implement and unwilling to promote it.As a result of the slow implementation of green construction, at present, the present situation of green construction promotion in China is still in the stage of establishing national, provincial or municipal demonstration projects, and has not been popularized and implemented in most projects in the whole country.The reason is that although carrying out green construction can bring about obvious social and environmental benefits, most of the project construction staff do not have enough understanding of the concept of green construction management.There is no confidence in whether the green construction can bring obvious economic benefits to the project department, because the green construction must be invested first, so most projects are deterred.This paper first describes my understanding of the green construction management system in the construction project, and then analyzes the green construction management system through the comprehensive implementation of the green construction management system in the Sanjian Xingcheng training Center project.Whether has obtained the anticipated effect, whether has obtained the good economy and the social benefit.The main contents of the research on the overall green construction management system are as follows: 1) the theoretical connotation of the overall green construction management system. 2) the planning and implementation of the overall green construction management system. 3) the evaluation of the overall green construction management system.The effect of the overall implementation of the green construction management system in the Xingcheng training Center project,This paper analyzes the scientific nature and necessity of implementing green construction management system in project management.Through the research, it provides a reference for the project construction managers to popularize the green construction management system, and obtains the economic and social benefits successfully, and provides the method and the thought for the project to carry out the green construction management system in an all-round way.It is of great significance to promote the spontaneous implementation of green construction management and reduce the environmental impact of construction projects in China.
