市政工程項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:市政工程是城市建設(shè)的基礎(chǔ),它們是城市居民賴以生存和開(kāi)展經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化生活的基本條件,包括以公路、地鐵、管道、電、網(wǎng)為代表的硬件市政工程項(xiàng)目和目前正大規(guī)模普及的信息管理系統(tǒng)等軟件市政工程項(xiàng)目。傳統(tǒng)的市政項(xiàng)目管理采用圖紙材料和人工進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目管理,因?yàn)楣こ添?xiàng)目本身大小不一、資料繁多、進(jìn)度較快且包含從項(xiàng)目申報(bào)審批,到中期實(shí)施驗(yàn)收,再到后期查詢管理等過(guò)程,再加之圖紙材料占用大量實(shí)體空間、更新不便,造成了人工管理任務(wù)繁重,效率較低,且不能準(zhǔn)確迅速反映出當(dāng)前市政建設(shè)存在的問(wèn)題。通過(guò)采用信息管理系統(tǒng)來(lái)管理市政工程項(xiàng)目,能夠?yàn)槭姓?guī)劃、設(shè)計(jì)和管理部門提供準(zhǔn)確的現(xiàn)狀,有助于采取直觀、有效的管理手段。并且應(yīng)用GIS技術(shù),能夠更高效地查詢及布局市政工程的空間分布。本論文在參考了大量文獻(xiàn)資料的基礎(chǔ)上,采用J2EE作為開(kāi)發(fā)平臺(tái),Oracle11g作為數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),JAVA作為編程語(yǔ)言對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行開(kāi)發(fā)和實(shí)現(xiàn),實(shí)現(xiàn)一個(gè)具有項(xiàng)目最初申報(bào)審批到招標(biāo)及實(shí)施,到最后的日常查詢和維護(hù)等功能模塊的市政工程項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)。同時(shí)系統(tǒng)使用SuperMap GIS組件進(jìn)行二次開(kāi)發(fā),綜合運(yùn)用了Web技術(shù)和地理信息技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)了市政項(xiàng)目的通用數(shù)據(jù)采集和管理、網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)共享和數(shù)據(jù)動(dòng)態(tài)更新。系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)發(fā)為政府管理人員提供了市政工程項(xiàng)目的流程和相關(guān)知識(shí)服務(wù),將整個(gè)市政工程項(xiàng)目管理內(nèi)容納入到系統(tǒng)當(dāng)中,將管理人員從項(xiàng)目申報(bào)、項(xiàng)目審批、項(xiàng)目投資、項(xiàng)目招標(biāo)、項(xiàng)目實(shí)施、項(xiàng)目驗(yàn)收等系統(tǒng)集成在一起,系統(tǒng)給管理人員提供了便于管理和查閱的相關(guān)功能,從而使管理工作更加快速、高效。
[Abstract]:Municipal projects are the foundation of urban construction. They are the basic conditions for urban residents to survive and develop their economic and cultural life, including roads, subways, pipelines, electricity,The hardware municipal engineering project represented by the network and the software municipal engineering project such as the information management system which is popularizing on a large scale at present.In traditional municipal project management, drawing materials and manpower are used to manage the project, because the project itself is of different sizes, and the data are various, the progress is relatively fast and includes the application and approval of the project, to the interim implementation of the acceptance and acceptance.In the process of inquiry and management to the later stage, in addition, the drawings and materials occupy a large amount of physical space, and the renewal is inconvenient, which results in heavy manual management tasks, low efficiency, and can not accurately and quickly reflect the existing problems in the current municipal construction.By using the information management system to manage the municipal engineering project, it can provide the accurate present situation for the municipal planning, design and management department, and help to adopt the intuitive and effective management method.Using GIS technology, the spatial distribution of municipal engineering can be queried and distributed more efficiently.On the basis of referring to a large number of documents, this paper uses J2EE as the development platform and Java as the programming language to develop and implement the system, and realizes a project with initial application, examination and approval, bidding and implementation.To the final functional modules of daily inquiry and maintenance of municipal engineering project management system.At the same time, the system uses SuperMap GIS component to carry on the secondary development, synthetically uses the Web technology and the geography information technology, has realized the municipal project general data collection and the management, the network platform sharing and the data dynamic update.The development of the system provides government managers with the process of municipal engineering projects and related knowledge services, the entire municipal engineering project management content into the system, managers from the project declaration, project approval, project investment,Project bidding, project implementation, project acceptance and other systems are integrated together, the system provides management personnel with easy to manage and consult the relevant functions, so that the management work faster and more efficient.
