團(tuán)結(jié)湖220kV輸變電工程質(zhì)量控制與評價研究

【摘要】:在現(xiàn)代社會,質(zhì)量問題已經(jīng)成為越來越重大的戰(zhàn)略問題。電力工程項目是一項量大、面廣的系統(tǒng)工程,其質(zhì)量的優(yōu)劣直接影響到國家經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)的發(fā)展。工程的質(zhì)量與工程的安全、費用成本、環(huán)境、工期以及可持續(xù)發(fā)展等優(yōu)化目標(biāo)共同構(gòu)成了項目的綜合目標(biāo),因此,質(zhì)量是決定項目能否順利完成的關(guān)鍵因素之一,這也決定了項目質(zhì)量管理是工程項目管理的重點。尤其對于輸變電工程,工程質(zhì)量問題將影響項目投產(chǎn)運營后的經(jīng)濟(jì)性、可靠性甚至安全性,其中,安全性不僅包括電網(wǎng)重大設(shè)備的運行安全,也包括電網(wǎng)運行各個環(huán)節(jié)中操作人員的人身安全問題。由此可見,項目質(zhì)量管理的研究為輸變電工程不僅提供了強(qiáng)有力的理論支持,本身也在該領(lǐng)域的實踐中具有重要意義。本文首先對電力工程中的質(zhì)量管理進(jìn)行了細(xì)致的分析和闡述,對電力過程管理過程中使用的方法和影響質(zhì)量管理的各種因素進(jìn)行了深入的探討,并且以團(tuán)結(jié)湖220kV輸變電工程項目作為實例,并結(jié)合其工程過程中的質(zhì)量管理流程進(jìn)行研究。在文章最后,本文使用模糊評價方法對團(tuán)結(jié)湖220kV的質(zhì)量管理工程進(jìn)行綜合評價,選取最具有影響的指標(biāo)因素建立評價指標(biāo)體系,通過對專家意見的整合,對一級指標(biāo)和二級指標(biāo)分別進(jìn)行模糊綜合評價,并得出工程項目整體的滿意度和各個指標(biāo)的滿意度,對質(zhì)量工程管理項目的展開具有極強(qiáng)的評價和指導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:In modern society, quality problem has become more and more important strategic problem.Power engineering project is a large quantity and wide range of system engineering, its quality directly affects the development of national economic construction.The quality of the project and the optimization objectives of project safety, cost, environment, duration and sustainable development constitute the comprehensive objectives of the project. Therefore, quality is one of the key factors that determine the successful completion of the project.This also determines that project quality management is the focus of engineering project management.Especially for power transmission and transformation projects, engineering quality problems will affect the economy, reliability and even safety of the project after it is put into operation.It also includes the personal safety of operators in all links of power grid operation.It can be seen that the research of project quality management not only provides strong theoretical support for transmission and transformation engineering, but also has important significance in practice in this field.In this paper, the quality management in electric power engineering is analyzed and elaborated in detail, and the methods used in the process management and the factors influencing the quality management are discussed deeply in this paper.Taking Tuanjiehu 220kV power transmission and transformation project as an example, and combining with the quality management process of the project, the research is carried out.At the end of the paper, the fuzzy evaluation method is used to evaluate the quality management engineering of Tuanjie Lake 220kV, the most influential index factors are selected to establish the evaluation index system, and through the integration of expert opinions,The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the first grade index and the second grade index is carried out, and the overall satisfaction degree of the project and the satisfaction degree of each index are obtained, which plays an important role in evaluating and guiding the development of the quality engineering management project.
