基于關(guān)鍵鏈技術(shù)的塑料配混工廠項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理研究

【摘要】:目前塑料配混市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈,各個(gè)廠商都力圖按照自己的戰(zhàn)略布局盡早將產(chǎn)品投放到市場(chǎng),已到達(dá)搶占市場(chǎng)份額的目的。因此塑料配混工廠項(xiàng)目一旦立項(xiàng),就會(huì)有明確而嚴(yán)格的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃要求,而且通常都很緊張。由于塑料配混工廠項(xiàng)目有多條路徑并行開(kāi)展,且各個(gè)路徑之間有著互相制約關(guān)聯(lián),而在實(shí)際運(yùn)用傳統(tǒng)的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理方法的執(zhí)行過(guò)程中,由于各路徑的進(jìn)度存在的差異性,經(jīng)常存在關(guān)鍵路徑不斷變化,甚至項(xiàng)目嚴(yán)重延期的問(wèn)題,造成難以挽回的損失。 針對(duì)塑料配混工廠面臨的問(wèn)題,在項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度計(jì)劃管理中應(yīng)用關(guān)鍵鏈項(xiàng)目管理(CCPM)技術(shù),解決基于資源約束的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理難題。本文針對(duì)塑料配混工廠項(xiàng)目過(guò)程,充分考慮到了資源約束、人的行為因素和各種的不確定因素的影響,具體應(yīng)用關(guān)鍵鏈的技術(shù),采用啟發(fā)式算法計(jì)算出關(guān)鍵鏈,并應(yīng)用彈性系數(shù)法來(lái)確定緩沖區(qū),構(gòu)建出關(guān)鍵鏈模型,并且通過(guò)建立緩沖管理機(jī)制來(lái)對(duì)整個(gè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)管理。 本文的主要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新點(diǎn)是將關(guān)鍵鏈技術(shù)應(yīng)用到塑料配混工廠項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理中。關(guān)鍵鏈的設(shè)計(jì)運(yùn)用了MS Project軟件,緩沖區(qū)的設(shè)置采用了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)彈性系數(shù)法,使項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃更具有可控性和可操作性。到目前為止,還沒(méi)有關(guān)鍵鏈技術(shù)在塑料配混工廠項(xiàng)目中的應(yīng)用案例,因此本文的研究具有現(xiàn)實(shí)的意義。
[Abstract]:At present, the competition of plastic blending market is becoming more and more fierce, each manufacturer tries hard to put the product into the market as soon as possible according to their own strategic layout, has already reached the goal of occupying the market share.Therefore, once the project is approved, there are clear and strict project schedule requirements, and are usually very tight.Because of the parallel development of multiple paths and the interrelation of each path in the project of plastic blending plant, in the process of implementing the traditional project schedule management method, the difference of the progress of each path exists in the actual application of the project schedule management method, because of the difference of the progress of each path.There are often critical path changes, even serious project delays, resulting in irreparable losses.Aiming at the problems faced by plastics blending plants, the key chain project management (CCPM) technology is applied to the project schedule management to solve the problem of project schedule management based on resource constraints.In this paper, according to the project process of plastic blending plant, the influence of resource constraints, human behavior factors and various uncertain factors are fully taken into account. The key chain is calculated by using the technology of key chain, and the heuristic algorithm is used to calculate the key chain.The buffer zone is determined by the elastic coefficient method and the key chain model is constructed. The buffer management mechanism is established to dynamically manage the whole project schedule.The main innovation of this paper is to apply the key chain technology to the project schedule management of plastics blending plant.The key chain is designed by using MS Project software, and the risk elasticity coefficient method is used to set the buffer zone, which makes the project schedule more controllable and operable.So far, there is no application case of the key chain technology in the plastics blending plant project, so the research of this paper has practical significance.
