【摘要】:進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)以來鐵路直接關(guān)系到我國的交通動脈,已成為了我國的核心的基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)。隨著計(jì)算機(jī)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,信息化技術(shù)越來越多的應(yīng)用于鐵路施工工程建設(shè)的過程管理中。鐵路工程項(xiàng)目管理信息化建設(shè)中質(zhì)量管理和安全管理是其中非常重要的內(nèi)容,直接關(guān)系到整個項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)和項(xiàng)目完成后的質(zhì)量,對鐵路建設(shè)的信息化管理的質(zhì)量提升和管理水平的提升起到非常大的作用。由此看來,質(zhì)量和安全管理信息化系統(tǒng)建設(shè)有著極重要的實(shí)際應(yīng)用。論文首先介紹了系統(tǒng)總體功能及解決方案,對目前流行的分布式應(yīng)用技術(shù)的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了比較,重點(diǎn)分析了MVC設(shè)計(jì)模式,并根據(jù)鐵路工程項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用的實(shí)際情況和特點(diǎn),提出了基于C/S與B/S架構(gòu)相結(jié)合的系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用解決方案。其次,在深入調(diào)研、分析鐵路施工管理中質(zhì)量與安全管理業(yè)務(wù)相關(guān)技術(shù)規(guī)范和需求分析的基礎(chǔ)上,對質(zhì)量與安全管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了功能模塊和業(yè)務(wù)流程分析。第三,對質(zhì)量和安全管理進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)。重點(diǎn)介紹了在管理信息系統(tǒng)開發(fā)中可通用的代碼錄入動態(tài)庫接口的設(shè)計(jì),以及系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)訪問安全保障機(jī)制解決方案。最后,介紹了代碼錄入動態(tài)庫、二進(jìn)制數(shù)據(jù)文件存儲等代碼實(shí)現(xiàn),并給出了質(zhì)量和安全系統(tǒng)中部分功能的實(shí)現(xiàn)界面。目前,該系統(tǒng)已應(yīng)用于在建項(xiàng)目中,實(shí)際應(yīng)用效果表明,系統(tǒng)功能豐富、性能穩(wěn)定、實(shí)用方便,可以滿足企業(yè)工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理與安全管理的實(shí)際需求。
[Abstract]:Since twenty-first Century the railway is directly related to our traffic artery, has become the core infrastructure of our country. With the development of computer and network technology development, process management of information technology is more and more applied in engineering construction of the railway. Railway engineering project management quality management and safety management informatization construction is one of the most the important content, quality is directly related to the construction project and the project after the completion of the information management of railway construction to enhance the quality and enhance the management level plays a very important role. Thus, there are very important practical application of construction quality and safety management information system. This paper first introduces the overall system the function and solutions, the advantages and disadvantages of the popular technology of distributed application are compared, analyzed the MVC design pattern, and according to the railway engineering The actual situation and characteristics of the application of project management system, put forward to solve the system using C/S and B/S architecture based on the combination scheme. Secondly, the in-depth research, analysis of the relevant technical standards of quality and safety management of railway construction management and demand analysis, the quality and safety management system is analyzed and the business function module process. Third, the system design of quality and safety management. The paper mainly introduces the design of the general code entry in the dynamic library interface in the development of management information system, data access system and security system solutions. Finally, introduces the code input dynamic database, binary data file storage code, and gives the the realization of the interface function of quality and safety system. At present, the system has been applied in the construction project, the practical application shows that the system function of the rich It can be stable, practical and convenient, and can meet the actual needs of the quality management and safety management of the enterprise project.
