【摘要】:隨著全球經(jīng)濟的下滑和各國國產(chǎn)化產(chǎn)品的增長,歐洲供應(yīng)商的市場份額愈加縮小,被壓縮到更高端的領(lǐng)域。許多國際化的供應(yīng)商為了尋求更廣泛的合作,尋找新的經(jīng)濟增長,把目光投向了中國的主機商。在中國,各大主機商的能力越來越強,許多項目都由本土主機商提供。但由于設(shè)備系統(tǒng)負雜,發(fā)展時間尚短,一些配套件供應(yīng)仍依賴歐美。本文以VT公司為研究對象,以GD項目為背景,對VT公司在GD項目中的溝通管理問題以及改進情況進行了探討。首先,將以VT公司在GD項目合同的執(zhí)行過程進行簡述,勾勒出項目的干系人、工作流程。其次,對VT公司項目執(zhí)行溝通現(xiàn)狀(溝通組織、溝通原則、溝通機制、溝通模式、溝通渠道等)進行分析。辯證分析現(xiàn)有溝通的效果,同時重點剖析在項目溝通過程中存在的障礙和突出問題,并挖掘問題出現(xiàn)的深層原因。第三,根據(jù)GD項目的具體情況,運用溝通管理的相關(guān)知識,制定出相應(yīng)的切實可行的解決方案。最后,通過改善VT公司的溝通現(xiàn)狀,檢驗項目的執(zhí)行情況,并對改善結(jié)果作出評價。為國際供應(yīng)商進入中國后溝通管理提供一些借鑒經(jīng)驗。
[Abstract]:European suppliers' share of the market has shrunk to higher end as the global economy has slumped and domestic products have grown.Many international suppliers are looking to China's mainframe companies for broader cooperation and new economic growth.In China, the capacity of major hosts is growing, and many projects are provided by local hosts.But because equipment system is negative miscellaneous, development time is still short, some fittings supply still depend on Europe and America.This paper takes VT company as the research object, taking GD project as the background, discusses the communication management problem and the improvement situation of the VT company in GD project.First of all, the implementation process of VT contract in GD project will be briefly described, and the project stakeholders and workflow will be outlined.Secondly, the current situation of VT project implementation communication (communication organization, communication principle, communication mechanism, communication mode, communication channel, etc.) is analyzed.Dialectical analysis of the existing communication results, at the same time focusing on the communication in the process of project analysis of obstacles and prominent problems, and explore the underlying causes of problems.Thirdly, according to the specific situation of GD project, the relevant knowledge of communication management is used to work out the corresponding practical solution.Finally, by improving the communication status of VT, the implementation of the project is checked, and the improvement results are evaluated.To provide some experience for international suppliers to communicate and manage after entering China.
