目前項目管理的成熟度評估多為離散的定性方法,很難精確評估出總體成熟度。本文采用多級模糊綜合評估方法,構(gòu)建了完整的成熟度評估模型,并采用兩種模糊算子進行比較計算,結(jié)果非常接近,證明了評估的精確性和有效性,從而使成熟度的量化評估成為可能。

Combined with the third part logistics (TPL) developing trend, studied logistics project practice, and according to the TPL project characteristics’ analysis of executing steps, project process management, organization development etc., this paper brings forward a project management maturity model, which based on three-dimension project management factors. 作者結(jié)合第三方物流企業(yè)的發(fā)展態(tài)勢對第三方物流服務(wù)項目的應(yīng)用管理進行了研究。本文根據(jù)第三方物流項目及項目管理特點,通過執(zhí)行步驟、項目過程管理、組織發(fā)展等三個維度進行分解,提出了基于企業(yè)三維項目管理要素的物流項目管理成熟度模型。該模型的實施可以幫助企業(yè)實現(xiàn)階段型飛躍,使第三方物流企業(yè)在項目管理的體系模式下進行有目的的組織變革。

A capability maturity model is introduced and discussed in details in this paper to assess the project management levels of different construction organizations. It is a process-oriented model established on the basis of nine PM knowledge areas and five PM processes. It allows a construction organization to determine the strengths and weaknesses of current practices and focus on the weak practices to achieve higher project management capability maturity.
