【摘要】：安全監(jiān)理工作是公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)及各位總監(jiān)關(guān)心的大事,在項(xiàng)目運(yùn)行中也是時時關(guān)注的重點(diǎn),關(guān)系到公司的生存和總監(jiān)的執(zhí)業(yè)風(fēng)險,從提高專業(yè)技能、加強(qiáng)項(xiàng)目管理、監(jiān)理作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書等方面闡述做好項(xiàng)目監(jiān)理部安全監(jiān)理工作,降低安全責(zé)任風(fēng)險的意義。指出必須加強(qiáng)風(fēng)險意識,提高對風(fēng)險的警覺和防范,才能減少和控制責(zé)任風(fēng)險。
[Abstract]:Safety supervision is a major concern of the company's leaders and directors. It is also the focus of attention in the project operation. It is related to the survival of the company and the professional risk of the director, from improving professional skills, strengthening project management,This paper expounds the significance of safety supervision in project supervision department and reducing the risk of safety responsibility.It is pointed out that it is necessary to strengthen the risk consciousness and raise the vigilance and prevention of the risk in order to reduce and control the risk of responsibility.
