【摘要】：論文介紹了廣東創(chuàng)新科技職業(yè)學(xué)院學(xué)生素質(zhì)拓展項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)的研究背景,對(duì)比了現(xiàn)有素質(zhì)拓展項(xiàng)目管理的要求與現(xiàn)狀,認(rèn)真理解素質(zhì)拓展項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)建設(shè)的內(nèi)涵與意義,明確了論文研究的內(nèi)容與主要工作。在業(yè)務(wù)分析中,論文參照創(chuàng)新科技職業(yè)學(xué)院下發(fā)的《學(xué)生素質(zhì)拓展項(xiàng)目管理辦法》,根據(jù)其中的規(guī)定和業(yè)務(wù)執(zhí)行要求,將素質(zhì)拓展項(xiàng)目管理的日常業(yè)務(wù)融入到管理系統(tǒng)中,圍繞核心業(yè)務(wù)管理功能,對(duì)現(xiàn)有素質(zhì)拓展項(xiàng)目管理工作流程進(jìn)行優(yōu)化和重構(gòu),給出了優(yōu)化后的業(yè)務(wù)流程。在功能分析中,論文通過(guò)用例分析和用例描述,明確了創(chuàng)新科技職業(yè)學(xué)院學(xué)生素質(zhì)拓展項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)整體架構(gòu),根據(jù)素質(zhì)拓展項(xiàng)目管理事務(wù)的要求,設(shè)計(jì)了基本信息管理、項(xiàng)目申請(qǐng)管理、項(xiàng)目立項(xiàng)管理、項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理、項(xiàng)目成果管理、項(xiàng)目評(píng)價(jià)管理、學(xué)分評(píng)定管理和系統(tǒng)管理共八個(gè)子業(yè)務(wù)功能,并給出了各個(gè)功能模塊的UML圖形；在數(shù)據(jù)分析中,論文對(duì)系統(tǒng)各功能的所需要處理的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了分析,給出了實(shí)體類關(guān)系圖,完成了數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)表的設(shè)計(jì)。論文最后對(duì)所做的研究與分析工作進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并對(duì)進(jìn)一步的工作進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the research background of quality development project management system for students of Guangdong Vocational College of Innovation Science and Technology, compares the requirements and present situation of quality development project management, and seriously understands the connotation and significance of quality development project management system construction.The contents and main work of the thesis are clarified.In the course of business analysis, according to the regulations and business implementation requirements, the paper integrates the daily business of quality development project management into the management system, referring to the "Project Management method for quality Development of students" issued by the Innovation Science and Technology Vocational College.According to the core business management function, this paper optimizes and reconstructs the existing quality extension project management workflow, and presents the optimized business process.In the function analysis, through use case analysis and use case description, this paper clarifies the overall framework of the quality development project management system for students in the innovation science and technology vocational college, and designs the basic information management according to the requirements of the quality expansion project management affairs.Project application management, project approval management, project schedule management, project results management, project evaluation management, credit assessment management and system management are eight sub-business functions, and the UML graphics of each function module are given.This paper analyzes the data needed to deal with each function of the system, gives the entity class diagram, and completes the design of the database table.Finally, the research and analysis work is summarized, and the further work is prospected.
