【摘要】：根據(jù)施工合同管理在當前電子領域發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀來看,管理者需要對施工合同管理系統(tǒng)不斷提高信息技術(shù)。在這樣的情況下,傳統(tǒng)的施工合同管理系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)無法滿足管理者對當前的施工合同管理系統(tǒng)的客觀要求。針對當前社會存在的此種迫切需求特此開發(fā)基于萬維網(wǎng)服務的施工合同管理系統(tǒng)。通過對施工合同管理的合同監(jiān)控流程的調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),充分考慮了未來施工合同管理的合同監(jiān)控等可變需求因素的影響,本系統(tǒng)應用JavaWeb技術(shù),采用瀏覽器/服務器體系架構(gòu),使用MySQL數(shù)據(jù)庫進行數(shù)據(jù)存儲和處理,以Tomcat服務為Web容器開發(fā)了施工合同管理系統(tǒng)。所設計開發(fā)的施工合同管理系統(tǒng)共包含了施工合同管理,項目管理,用戶管理等功能。本系統(tǒng)的突出之處在于解決實際施工合同管理過程中的相關問題,專注于施工合同管理的信息化、網(wǎng)絡化、智能化,為用戶提供合理的流程和業(yè)務約束以及全面的施工合同管理功能。通過使用本系統(tǒng)進行施工合同管理工作,可以使業(yè)務更實用,信息更集中,各部門的合作以及業(yè)務流程組建都大大增強。本施工合同管理系統(tǒng)使用Windows平臺常用的程序開發(fā)工具My Eclipse進行開發(fā)。使用MVC等技術(shù)進行B/S體系結(jié)構(gòu)的Web應用開發(fā)完成施工合同管理系統(tǒng)主要功能,使用jQuery技術(shù)提升用戶體驗。后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫使用JavaEE平臺常用的數(shù)據(jù)庫管理系統(tǒng)MySQL進行開發(fā),利用Hibernate技術(shù)實現(xiàn)對數(shù)據(jù)庫的管理和操作。在以面向?qū)ο蟮某绦蛟O計技術(shù)為指導思想的前提下,完成了本系統(tǒng)的設計和實現(xiàn)過程。
[Abstract]:According to the current development of construction contract management in the electronic field, managers need to improve the information technology of the construction contract management system.In this case, the traditional construction contract management system can not meet the managers' objective requirements for the current construction contract management system.In order to meet the urgent need of the current society, the construction contract management system based on the World wide Web Service is developed.Through the investigation of contract monitoring process of construction contract management, it is found that the influence of variable demand factors, such as contract monitoring of future construction contract management, is fully considered. The system applies JavaWeb technology and adopts browser / server architecture.MySQL database is used to store and process data, and the construction contract management system is developed with Tomcat service as Web container.The design and development of the construction contract management system includes construction contract management, project management, user management and other functions.The outstanding point of this system is to solve the related problems in the actual construction contract management process, focusing on the construction contract management information, networking, intelligent,Provide users with reasonable process and business constraints as well as comprehensive construction contract management functions.By using this system to manage the construction contract, we can make the business more practical, the information more centralized, and the cooperation of each department and the establishment of business process greatly enhanced.The construction contract management system is developed with my Eclipse, a program development tool commonly used in Windows platform.The main functions of the construction contract management system are completed by using MVC and other technologies to develop the Web application of the B / S architecture, and the user experience is improved by using the jQuery technology.The background database is developed with the database management system (MySQL), which is commonly used in JavaEE platform, and the database management and operation are realized by Hibernate technology.Based on the object-oriented programming technology, the design and implementation process of the system is completed.
