【摘要】：隨著軍隊訓(xùn)練信息化水平的提高,訓(xùn)練模擬器材項目研制在科技強軍中扮演著日趨重要的作用。如何對這些訓(xùn)練模擬器材項目進行有效的管理,目前還沒有一個較為規(guī)范的管理方法和管理實施工具。本文在訓(xùn)練模擬器材項目管理中引入CMM的思想,提出了基于CMM的訓(xùn)練模擬器材項目管理三維模型,并在理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計實現(xiàn)了基于JBPM工作流引擎的訓(xùn)練模擬器材項目管理系統(tǒng)。首先總結(jié)了工作流的技術(shù)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,介紹了工作流技術(shù)實現(xiàn)的基本原理,介紹了幾種常用的工作流引擎,包括Shark、OWWorkflow、Fireflow、JBPM等,并對比了各自的優(yōu)缺點,分析了使用JBPM工作流引擎的優(yōu)勢。研究了CMM的基本理論和技術(shù),重點分析了CMM L2的關(guān)鍵過程域和關(guān)鍵實踐。而后提出了基于CMM的訓(xùn)練模擬器材項目管理的三維模型。結(jié)合模型的過程維,提出了一種基于CMM的訓(xùn)練模擬器材全生命周期項目研制過程,并分析了項目立項、產(chǎn)品研制和產(chǎn)品測試等各管理階段的主要工作。結(jié)合模型的管理維,提出了基于CMM的訓(xùn)練模擬器材項目管理的主要管理域內(nèi)容,并深入研究了需求跟蹤管理、變更管理、跟蹤與監(jiān)控管理、評審管理、驗收管理等主要管理域內(nèi)容。結(jié)合模型的角色維,分別研究了各管理角色的功能。最后對訓(xùn)練模擬器材項目管理系統(tǒng)的框架結(jié)構(gòu)、軟件結(jié)構(gòu)、主要功能模塊、數(shù)據(jù)庫和工作流程進行了分析說明,并以項目評審模塊為例,分析研究了系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)的工作流技術(shù)。通過該系統(tǒng)可以進一步規(guī)范訓(xùn)練模擬器材項目的研制流程和管理方法,有效的提高了工作效率,縮短了項目研制周期、降低了管理成本。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of military training information level, the development of training simulation equipment project plays an increasingly important role in strengthening the army with science and technology.At present, there is not a more standard management method and implementation tool for these training simulation equipment projects.In this paper, the idea of CMM is introduced into the project management of training simulation equipment, and a 3D model of training simulation equipment project management based on CMM is proposed.On the basis of theoretical research, the project management system of training simulation equipment based on JBPM workflow engine is designed and implemented.Firstly, this paper summarizes the development status of workflow technology, introduces the basic principle of workflow technology implementation, introduces several commonly used workflow engines, including SharkWWorkflow FireflowJBPM, and compares their advantages and disadvantages.The advantage of using JBPM workflow engine is analyzed.The basic theory and technology of CMM are studied, and the key process area and key practice of CMM L2 are analyzed.Then a three-dimensional model of training simulation equipment project management based on CMM is proposed.Combined with the process dimension of the model, this paper presents a training simulation equipment life cycle project development process based on CMM, and analyzes the main work of project establishment, product development and product testing.Combined with the management dimension of the model, this paper puts forward the main management domain content of the training simulation equipment project management based on CMM, and deeply studies the requirement tracking management, the change management, the tracking and monitoring management, the review management, and so on.Acceptance management and other major areas of management content.Combined with the role dimension of the model, the functions of each management role are studied respectively.Finally, the frame structure, software structure, main function module, database and workflow of the project management system of training simulation equipment are analyzed and explained. Taking the project evaluation module as an example, the workflow technology of the system is analyzed and studied.The system can further standardize the development process and management method of the training simulation equipment project, effectively improve the working efficiency, shorten the project development cycle, and reduce the management cost.
