【摘要】：項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度滯后是IT項(xiàng)目管理中的常見(jiàn)問(wèn)題,同時(shí)也是造成項(xiàng)目失敗的原因。本文針對(duì)目前IT項(xiàng)目管理的現(xiàn)狀,指出了導(dǎo)致IT項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度滯后的關(guān)鍵因素,分析了其產(chǎn)生的原因,以期為項(xiàng)目管理提出建設(shè)性意見(jiàn)。
[Abstract]:Project schedule lag is a common problem in IT project management, and it is also the cause of project failure.In view of the present situation of IT project management, this paper points out the key factors that lead to the lag of IT project progress, and analyzes the reasons for its emergence, in order to put forward constructive suggestions for project management.
