【摘要】：本文以南寧A公司5754合金聲屏障產(chǎn)品開發(fā)項(xiàng)目為研究對象,對相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了查閱及研究分析,聯(lián)系國外及國內(nèi)聲屏障行業(yè)的發(fā)展歷程,結(jié)合A公司現(xiàn)有資源配置,運(yùn)用項(xiàng)目管理學(xué)習(xí)中學(xué)到的項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理理論知識,對南寧A公司5754合金聲屏障開發(fā)項(xiàng)目研究背景意義、研究內(nèi)容和方法、項(xiàng)目存在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的識別、評估及應(yīng)對措施進(jìn)行研究。本文通過六個(gè)章節(jié)展開分析和論述:第一章主要分析南寧A公司5754合金聲屏障產(chǎn)品開發(fā)項(xiàng)目研究的背景和意義,研究的內(nèi)容和方法;第二章介紹南寧A公司5754合金聲屏障產(chǎn)品開發(fā)項(xiàng)目研究開發(fā)基礎(chǔ);第三章對南寧A公司5754合金聲屏障產(chǎn)品開發(fā)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識別;第四章對南寧A公司5754聲屏障產(chǎn)品研究開發(fā)項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評估;第五章主要論述分析了對南寧A公司5754聲屏障產(chǎn)品研究開發(fā)項(xiàng)目存在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的應(yīng)對措施;第六章是項(xiàng)目的結(jié)論及研究展望。本文通過對5754聲屏障產(chǎn)品研究開發(fā)項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行識別和評估、提出風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)對措施,得出如下結(jié)論:項(xiàng)目實(shí)施符合國家相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)政策,各種風(fēng)險(xiǎn)可控。
[Abstract]:This paper takes Nanning A Company 5754 alloy sound barrier product development project as the research object, has carried on the consultation and the research analysis to the related literature, contacts the foreign and domestic sound barrier industry development history, unifies the A company existing resources disposition, the article takes the Nanning A company 5754 alloy sound barrier product development project as the research object. Based on the theoretical knowledge of project risk management, the significance of research background, research contents and methods of 5754 alloy sound barrier development project in Nanning A Company, and the identification of existing risks in the project are analyzed. This paper analyzes and discusses through six chapters: the first chapter mainly analyzes the background and significance of the development project of 5754 alloy noise barrier products of Nanning A Company, the contents and methods of the research; The second chapter introduces the research and development foundation of the 5754 alloy sound barrier product of Nanning A Company, the third chapter identifies the risk of the 5754 alloy sound barrier product development project of Nanning A Company. The fourth chapter discusses the risk assessment of the research and development project of the 5754 sound barrier product of Nanning A Company, the fifth chapter mainly discusses the countermeasures of the risk of the research and development project of the 5754 sound barrier product of Nanning A Company. The sixth chapter is the conclusion and prospect of the project. By identifying and evaluating the risk of the research and development project of 5754 noise barrier product, the paper puts forward the risk countermeasures, and draws the following conclusions: the implementation of the project conforms to the relevant industrial policy of the country. The risks are manageable.
