【摘要】：以成本—收益分析為基礎(chǔ),利用博弈理論對(duì)風(fēng)電特許權(quán)招標(biāo)中政策導(dǎo)向、企業(yè)行為作了深入的剖析,認(rèn)為應(yīng)該進(jìn)一步完善特許權(quán)招標(biāo)制度,并強(qiáng)化對(duì)現(xiàn)有招標(biāo)項(xiàng)目的管理。
[Abstract]:On the basis of cost-benefit analysis, this paper makes a deep analysis of the policy orientation and enterprise behavior in wind power concession bidding by using game theory, and holds that the concession bidding system should be further improved and the management of existing bidding projects should be strengthened.
