【摘要】：水利工程項(xiàng)目是中國(guó)最早開(kāi)始施行項(xiàng)目管理模式的工程領(lǐng)域,其中項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理的核心地位發(fā)揮是主要特點(diǎn)之一,優(yōu)秀的項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理能有力保障項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)的順利實(shí)現(xiàn)。那如何選拔優(yōu)秀的項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理,項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理必須具備哪些能力素質(zhì)成了國(guó)內(nèi)外眾多研究者關(guān)注的問(wèn)題。本文對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)某市水利工程建設(shè)管理中心所管理的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行了實(shí)地訪談和問(wèn)卷調(diào)研,調(diào)研對(duì)象包括建管中心、項(xiàng)目參建方和上級(jí)主管等�；谖墨I(xiàn)調(diào)研和實(shí)地調(diào)研的數(shù)據(jù)分析表明:水利工程項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理所需能力素質(zhì)分為知識(shí)背景、管理能力和個(gè)人素質(zhì)三個(gè)方面,其中管理能力最重要,而個(gè)人素質(zhì)重要于知識(shí)背景。
[Abstract]:Water conservancy project is one of the earliest engineering fields in which the project management mode is first introduced . The core status of the project manager is one of the main characteristics , and the excellent project manager can guarantee the smooth realization of the project objectives . The research object includes the construction management center , the project participating party and the superior supervisor . The research object includes the construction management center , the project participant and the superior supervisor . The research object includes three aspects of knowledge background , management ability and personal quality . The management ability is the most important , and the personal quality is important to the knowledge background .
