G公司FMS安裝工程項(xiàng)目精益進(jìn)度管理研究

【摘要】:現(xiàn)代企業(yè)面對(duì)日益激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng),除了自身具有良好的產(chǎn)品或服務(wù)質(zhì)量之外,在產(chǎn)品或服務(wù)形成過程中的管理也非常重要,包括了保障這些企業(yè)正常運(yùn)營(yíng)所必需的內(nèi)部服務(wù)工作管理。傳統(tǒng)管理以簡(jiǎn)單重復(fù)工作的“企業(yè)管理”為主,而以一次性、獨(dú)特性為顯著特征的“項(xiàng)目管理”,在現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理日益凸顯其重要作用。項(xiàng)目管理以工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目為最有代表性。其中,進(jìn)度管理是判斷工程項(xiàng)目是否科學(xué)管理的直觀依據(jù)。合理安排進(jìn)度,巧妙調(diào)整工程項(xiàng)目實(shí)施前、實(shí)施過程中以及實(shí)施后的有關(guān)工作(工序),可以改變整個(gè)工程項(xiàng)目精益進(jìn)度管理。優(yōu)化工程項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度管理有助于完善相應(yīng)的工作服務(wù)管理。而對(duì)于生產(chǎn)型企業(yè)而言,FMS的生產(chǎn)工序不僅能夠提升公司整體的生產(chǎn)效率,還能夠保障未來的板材生產(chǎn)過程中的質(zhì)量表現(xiàn)。G公司就是這樣一家企業(yè),既需要注重效率,又再結(jié)合最新的FMS的生產(chǎn)方式進(jìn)行運(yùn)營(yíng);诖,本文開展了G公司的FMS的安裝工程項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度研究。旨在能夠通過本文的研究,找到目前G公司在FMS的安裝項(xiàng)目中存在的不足,并結(jié)合項(xiàng)目精益進(jìn)度管理的一般性知識(shí),進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)性的分析,最終結(jié)合關(guān)鍵路徑法、網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)圖等多種項(xiàng)目精益進(jìn)度管理的工具,對(duì)FMS的安裝項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,節(jié)省了G公司在安裝過程中的時(shí)間成本和經(jīng)濟(jì)成本,為G公司后期的進(jìn)一步生產(chǎn)應(yīng)用提供更加有效的保障。
[Abstract]:In the face of increasingly fierce market competition, modern enterprises, in addition to their own good product or service quality, the formation of products or services in the process of management is also very important. Including the internal service work management necessary to ensure the normal operation of these enterprises. Traditional management is mainly "enterprise management" with simple and repetitive work, and is one-off. "Project management", which is characterized by uniqueness, is playing an increasingly important role in modern enterprise management. Project management takes engineering construction projects as the most representative. Schedule management is an intuitive basis for judging whether a project is scientifically managed. During and after implementation, the relevant work (process) can change the lean progress management of the whole project. Optimizing the schedule management of the project is helpful to perfect the corresponding work service management. In other words, the production process of FMS can not only improve the overall production efficiency of the company, Also can guarantee the future plate production process quality performance. G company is such an enterprise, both need to focus on efficiency, and combined with the latest FMS production methods to operate. Based on this, The purpose of this paper is to find out the shortcomings of G Company in FMS installation project, and to combine with the general knowledge of lean schedule management of the project. Through systematic analysis, combined with the key path method, network structure diagram and other tools of lean progress management, the installation project of FMS is optimized, and the time cost and economic cost in the installation process of G Company are saved. Provide more effective guarantee for the further production and application of G Company.
