【摘要】：隨著市場競爭壓力的增大,企業(yè)紛紛引入精益生產(chǎn)對企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)運營系統(tǒng)進行精益化改造,以期待在激烈競爭中獲得優(yōu)勢。然而在企業(yè)實施精益生產(chǎn)過程中也出現(xiàn)了實施進度緩慢,實施效果不顯著,甚至負面作用等現(xiàn)象。這些現(xiàn)象反映了企業(yè)精益實施績效水平不高。因此,如何提高精益實施的績效成為企業(yè)有效推進精益生產(chǎn)改革的關鍵問題之一�？冃讲桓咴从谄髽I(yè)在開展精益實施的過程中缺乏精益實施相關理論的指導,采用生搬硬套的方法導入精益技術、工具。反映了學術界和企業(yè)界對于精益生產(chǎn)和精益實施存在認知上的偏差和不足。精益實施是企業(yè)決策者、管理者、員工等共同參與的企業(yè)變革過程。不同的利益相關者參與精益實施的動機不同,只有對不同的利益相關者采用不同的激勵措施才能保證精益實施取得較好的效果。因此,只有對精益實施和精益實施參與者進行科學的分析,將不同的參與者與具體精益實施內(nèi)容相結(jié)合,才能有效提升精益實施的水平。本文運用了文獻分析、理論演繹和案例應用的方法進行研究,主要研究工作與成果如下:(1)通過國內(nèi)外文獻研究,構(gòu)建精益概念的框架體系。從企業(yè)導入精益生產(chǎn)構(gòu)建企業(yè)精益生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)的實踐現(xiàn)狀入手,通過對精益實施相關文獻的研究,提出精益實施是以精益生產(chǎn)知識為指導,以企業(yè)生產(chǎn)運作系統(tǒng)創(chuàng)新為目的,結(jié)合企業(yè)的實際情況,融合企業(yè)生產(chǎn)設備資源、人力資源和時間資源,通過項目的形式對企業(yè)的產(chǎn)品設計、生產(chǎn)制造、物料采購和銷售進行管理理念和管理方法的變革創(chuàng)新,使企業(yè)從傳統(tǒng)生產(chǎn)模式飛躍到響應速度快、生產(chǎn)成本低的精益生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng);之后,以復雜產(chǎn)品系統(tǒng)理論為指導解析了精益實施的特性,并通過精益實施與精益生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)運作的對比分析,進一步明確精益實施的概念范圍。(2)基于項目管理理論,構(gòu)建了精益實施管理體系,包括精益實施組織管理、精益實施范圍管理和精益實施人力資源管理。精益實施管理的目標是績效改善,本文從過程和結(jié)果兩個維度剖析了精益實施績效的構(gòu)成。(3)基于利益相關者理論的分析框架,首先,識別了包括股東、企業(yè)高層管理、中層管理、精益咨詢服務機構(gòu)等8個精益實施的利益相關者;其次,針對不同利益相關者對精益實施的影響程度將其分為核心、蟄伏和潛在利益相關者,選取核心利益相關者和蟄伏利益相關者為精益實施的主要利益相關者;最后,分析了不同實施過程中主要利益相關者的權力-利益關系,制定了精益實施利益相關者分類管理策略,以促進精益實施績效的改善。
[Abstract]:With the increase of market competition pressure, enterprises introduce lean production to improve the production and operation system of enterprises one after another. However, in the process of implementing lean production, the implementation progress is slow and the effect is not significant. Even negative effects. These phenomena reflect the low level of lean implementation performance. Therefore, How to improve the performance of lean implementation has become one of the key issues for enterprises to effectively promote lean production reform. Introducing lean technology and tools by mechanically adopting the method reflects the cognitive bias and deficiency of the academia and the business community on lean production and lean implementation. Lean implementation is the decision maker, manager, and manager of the enterprise. Different stakeholders have different motivations to participate in lean implementation, and only different incentive measures can ensure that lean implementation can achieve better results. Only by scientifically analyzing Lean implementation and Lean implementation participants, combining different participants with specific Lean implementation content, can we effectively improve the Lean implementation level. Theoretical deduction and case application methods are studied. The main research work and results are as follows: (1) through domestic and foreign literature research, Starting with the present situation of lean production system, this paper puts forward that lean implementation is guided by lean production knowledge through the study of relevant literature on lean implementation. Aiming at the innovation of the production and operation system of the enterprise, combining with the actual situation of the enterprise, integrating the production equipment resources, the human resources and the time resources of the enterprise, the product design, production and manufacture of the enterprise are carried out in the form of the project. Material purchasing and sales reform and innovation of management concepts and management methods make enterprises leap from traditional production mode to lean production system with fast response speed and low production cost. Under the guidance of complex product system theory, the characteristics of lean implementation are analyzed, and the concept scope of lean implementation is further clarified through the comparative analysis between lean implementation and lean production system operation, which is based on project management theory. The lean implementation management system is constructed, including lean implementation organization management, lean implementation scope management and lean implementation human resource management. The goal of lean implementation management is to improve the performance. This paper analyzes the composition of lean implementation performance from the two dimensions of process and result. It analyzes the framework based on stakeholder theory. Firstly, it identifies shareholders, senior management and middle management. Lean advisory services and other eight lean implementation stakeholders; secondly, according to the impact of different stakeholders on lean implementation is divided into core, dormant and potential stakeholders, The core stakeholders and dormant stakeholders are selected as the main stakeholders of lean implementation. Finally, the power-interest relationship of the main stakeholders in different implementation process is analyzed. In order to promote the improvement of lean implementation performance, the classified management strategy of Lean implementation stakeholders is formulated.
