【摘要】：隨著科技行業(yè)不斷發(fā)展進步,越來越多中國企業(yè)與國外公司合作,將先進的技術(shù)和儀器帶回中國。在此過程中,科技文本翻譯起到了不可替代的巨大作用。面對專業(yè)性強,周期要求時間短,字數(shù)龐大的科技類文本翻譯,翻譯項目管理成為科技文本項目準時完成的關(guān)鍵。本實踐報告是以筆者實習中參與的《熱縮機原操作手冊》的翻譯項目為例,主要闡述了譯前項目準備、譯中項目管理、及譯后項目處理三個階段,列舉了項目管理過程中出現(xiàn)的問題及解決辦法。作為實習項目經(jīng)理,筆者也從管理角度出發(fā),結(jié)合具體事例,分析了項目管理中常見問題如成本控制、質(zhì)量保證及語言資產(chǎn)儲存,并列舉出了常見的解決辦法。同時筆者對原有的項目流程上進行了優(yōu)化,總結(jié)出了適用于科技文本的翻譯項目流程。本文希望通過對科技文本的翻譯項目管理研究,總結(jié)出科技類文本翻譯項目管理特點,以期為同類文本的翻譯項目管理提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development and progress of the science and technology industry, more and more Chinese enterprises cooperate with foreign companies to bring advanced technology and instruments back to China. In the process, the translation of scientific and technological texts plays an irreplaceable role. The translation project management is the key to the timely completion of the scientific text project. This practice report is based on the translation project of the original manual of heat shrink machine, in which the author participated in the practice. This paper mainly expounds the three stages of pre-translation project preparation, translation project management and post-translation project processing, and enumerates the problems and solutions in the process of project management. As an internship project manager, the author also starts from the management point of view. The common problems in project management, such as cost control, quality assurance and language asset storage, are analyzed, and some common solutions are given. At the same time, the author optimizes the original project flow. This paper summarizes the process of translation project suitable for scientific and technological text. This paper hopes to summarize the characteristics of project management of scientific and technological text translation through the study of project management of scientific and technological text translation, in order to provide reference for the translation project management of the same kind of text.
