【摘要】：電子政務(wù)項目風險是項目管理的重要工作之一,良好的項目風險識別與定性評估、定量評估,可以有針對性地擬定項目風險應對策略,從而減少風險發(fā)生概率與危害程度。以電子檢務(wù)工程為案例,對電子檢務(wù)工程項目的風險特征進行了識別,對相關(guān)分析評估方法進行了應用研究,最終提出電子檢務(wù)項目風險應對策略。
[Abstract]:E-government project risk is one of the important work of project management. In order to reduce the probability of risk occurrence and the degree of harm, taking electronic inspection engineering as an example, the risk characteristics of electronic inspection engineering project are identified, and the relevant analysis and evaluation methods are studied. Finally put forward the electronic inspection project risk response strategy.
