【摘要】：EPC(Engineering Procurement Construction)總承包項(xiàng)目管理模式(交鑰匙工程、代建制)發(fā)展迅速,是近二十年出現(xiàn)的合同模式,得到業(yè)主和社會的認(rèn)可并逐步推廣,EPC總承包項(xiàng)目管理也是建筑企業(yè)發(fā)展的必由之路,增強(qiáng)EPC總承包項(xiàng)目管理能力,提高企業(yè)的整體實(shí)力是個重要課題,在國家提出“一帶一路”的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,鼓勵建筑企業(yè)走出去,將給EPC總承包項(xiàng)目管理帶來良好的發(fā)展機(jī)遇,更好地適應(yīng)市場的需求,全面提高項(xiàng)目管理的水平。論文采用理論分析和工程實(shí)際管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)相結(jié)合的方法,以鼎和大廈項(xiàng)目為實(shí)際案例,通過項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)和項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)、采購、施工和費(fèi)用幾個方面的控制來論述,如何在市場競爭中發(fā)揮出高管理水平,提升EPC項(xiàng)目管理的競爭能力。首先介紹了EPC總承包項(xiàng)目管理的課題研究背景和研究意義,EPC總承包項(xiàng)目管理的相關(guān)理論研究現(xiàn)狀及本課題主要研究內(nèi)容,相關(guān)的研究方法。介紹了鼎和大廈項(xiàng)目基本概況,分析了EPC總承包項(xiàng)目管理的特點(diǎn)及優(yōu)勢,提出一些存在的問題以便在今后的項(xiàng)目管理中不斷完善。論文主要提出EPC總承包項(xiàng)目管理成功的兩個重點(diǎn)在于團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)和項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)、采購和施工方面的進(jìn)度、質(zhì)量、投資的控制,EPC總承包項(xiàng)目管理能否獲得效益,在市場競爭中取勝,提升競爭能力,關(guān)健在于一是有強(qiáng)有力的團(tuán)隊(duì),有很強(qiáng)的團(tuán)隊(duì)的執(zhí)行力,項(xiàng)目管理要完成各項(xiàng)計(jì)劃及指標(biāo)的控制,實(shí)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目的合同目標(biāo),得依靠強(qiáng)有力的執(zhí)行團(tuán)隊(duì),培養(yǎng)高效執(zhí)行力的人才和團(tuán)隊(duì)是項(xiàng)目成功的關(guān)健,二是通過分解項(xiàng)目的各項(xiàng)目任務(wù),制定詳細(xì)的計(jì)劃,優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)、采購和施工的資源合理銜接,按照項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃進(jìn)行控制,實(shí)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目的目標(biāo),項(xiàng)目管理的核心是通過整合各方面的資源,圍繞項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)和項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)控制這兩大內(nèi)容去展開、實(shí)施,以提升項(xiàng)目管理的競爭能力,達(dá)到合同目標(biāo),為項(xiàng)目增值,從而獲得更高的利潤。最終保證企業(yè)的生存和持續(xù)的向前發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:EPC(Engineering Procurement construction project management mode (turnkey project, agent construction system) is developing rapidly, and it is the contract mode that appeared in the last twenty years. It is also the only way for the development of the construction enterprise to get the approval of the owner and the society and gradually popularize the EPC-project management. It is an important task to strengthen the management ability of the EPC general contracting project and to improve the overall strength of the enterprise. Putting forward the development strategy of "Belt and Road" in our country and encouraging the construction enterprises to go out will bring good development opportunities to the EPC general contracting project management and better meet the needs of the market. To improve the level of project management in an all-round way. This paper adopts the method of combining theoretical analysis and practical engineering management experience, taking the Dinghe building project as a practical case, through the project team building and project design, procurement, Construction and cost control to discuss how to play a high level of management in the market competition, Firstly, this paper introduces the research background and significance of EPC project management. This paper introduces the basic situation of Ding he building project, analyzes the characteristics and advantages of EPC general contracting project management, In order to improve the project management in the future, the paper mainly points out that the two key points of successful EPC project management are team building and project design, procurement and construction progress, quality, etc. Investment control EPC general contracting project management can obtain benefits, win in the market competition, enhance competitiveness, the key lies in a strong team, have a strong team execution, For project management to complete the control of various plans and indicators and to achieve the contract objectives of the project, it is necessary to rely on a strong executive team, and to train highly effective personnel and teams to be the key to the success of the project. The second is to decompose the various project tasks of the project. Make detailed plan, optimize design, purchase and construction resources, control according to the project schedule, achieve the goal of the project, the core of project management is through the integration of all aspects of resources, Focusing on project team building and project goal control, the project will be implemented in order to enhance the competitiveness of project management, achieve the contract objectives, and add value to the project. In order to obtain higher profits and ultimately ensure the survival and sustainable development of the enterprise.
