【摘要】："工程量與工作量模型"是在改進(jìn)贏得值方法基礎(chǔ)上建立的,目的是將核電項(xiàng)目復(fù)雜的建設(shè)過程、成本資源需求簡(jiǎn)單化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、定量化、信息化,為在核電項(xiàng)目總承包(AE)公司在多項(xiàng)目管理、精細(xì)化管控及項(xiàng)目核算等核心管理活動(dòng)中,提供規(guī)范化、精細(xì)化、個(gè)性化的數(shù)據(jù)支持。本文就數(shù)據(jù)模型創(chuàng)建過程以及特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行介紹,并就其管理應(yīng)用進(jìn)行深入研究。
[Abstract]:The Model of Engineering quantity and workload is established on the basis of improving the method of earning value. The purpose of this model is to simplify, standardize, quantify and informationize the complex construction process of nuclear power project and the demand of cost and resources. In order to provide standardized, refined and individualized data support in the core management activities such as multi-project management, fine control and project accounting in AEE, the paper introduces the process and characteristics of data model creation. And the management of the application of in-depth research.
