【摘要】："工程量與工作量模型"是在改進贏得值方法基礎上建立的,目的是將核電項目復雜的建設過程、成本資源需求簡單化、標準化、定量化、信息化,為在核電項目總承包(AE)公司在多項目管理、精細化管控及項目核算等核心管理活動中,提供規(guī)范化、精細化、個性化的數(shù)據(jù)支持。本文就數(shù)據(jù)模型創(chuàng)建過程以及特點進行介紹,并就其管理應用進行深入研究。
[Abstract]:The Model of Engineering quantity and workload is established on the basis of improving the method of earning value. The purpose of this model is to simplify, standardize, quantify and informationize the complex construction process of nuclear power project and the demand of cost and resources. In order to provide standardized, refined and individualized data support in the core management activities such as multi-project management, fine control and project accounting in AEE, the paper introduces the process and characteristics of data model creation. And the management of the application of in-depth research.
