科研項(xiàng)目管理成熟度模型及其應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:為了提高科研項(xiàng)目管理的成功率和效率,提出了一種科研項(xiàng)目管理成熟度模型,分析了科研項(xiàng)目的生命周期,給出了科研項(xiàng)目管理成熟度的定義,建立了科研項(xiàng)目成熟度等級(jí)模型。依據(jù)項(xiàng)目管理九大知識(shí)領(lǐng)域和五大管理過程構(gòu)建了科研項(xiàng)目管理成熟度評(píng)測(cè)指標(biāo)體系,并運(yùn)用AHP-模糊評(píng)價(jià)方法以及理想點(diǎn)法實(shí)現(xiàn)了該體系的成熟度評(píng)測(cè),給出了科研項(xiàng)目管理成熟度與評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果的對(duì)應(yīng)關(guān)系,從而為開展科研項(xiàng)目管理評(píng)價(jià)工作和分析找出影響科研項(xiàng)目管理成熟度的瓶頸因素提供了一種有效的手段。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the success rate and efficiency of scientific research project management, a maturity model of scientific research project management is proposed, the life cycle of scientific research project is analyzed, and the definition of scientific research project management maturity is given. The maturity level model of scientific research project is established. According to the nine knowledge fields of project management and the five management processes, the evaluation index system of scientific research project management maturity is constructed. AHP- fuzzy evaluation method and ideal point method are used to realize the maturity evaluation of the system, and the corresponding relationship between the management maturity of scientific research projects and the evaluation results is given. It provides an effective means for carrying out the evaluation of scientific research project management and finding out the bottleneck factors that affect the maturity of scientific research project management.
