【摘要】：現(xiàn)代企業(yè)資產(chǎn)的數(shù)量、種類、金額、技術(shù)含量的增加對(duì)管理方法和制度提出了更高的要求。隨著計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,信息化已經(jīng)成為國內(nèi)資產(chǎn)管理的主要趨勢(shì)。目前國內(nèi)多數(shù)企業(yè)都利用軟件系統(tǒng)對(duì)資產(chǎn)進(jìn)行管理,但各部門分別對(duì)資產(chǎn)進(jìn)行管理、維護(hù),信息無法及時(shí)同步共享,產(chǎn)生了“信息孤島”等問題。本項(xiàng)目的主要目的就是解決“信息孤島”的問題,提出一個(gè)全面的資產(chǎn)管理解決方案。在對(duì)研發(fā)中心的資產(chǎn)管理的現(xiàn)狀調(diào)研,需求分析的基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計(jì)了固定資產(chǎn)管理、資產(chǎn)維修、項(xiàng)目管理三大模塊。將資產(chǎn)管理的這三個(gè)相關(guān)部分整合為一體,通過資產(chǎn)狀態(tài)監(jiān)控及資產(chǎn)使用數(shù)據(jù)共享、項(xiàng)目轉(zhuǎn)資、工單流轉(zhuǎn)等手段將三部分整合為一體。從而建立了一個(gè)集流程管理和維修計(jì)劃管理為一體的綜合性的資產(chǎn)管理信息平臺(tái),實(shí)現(xiàn)關(guān)于資產(chǎn)的信息在所有相關(guān)部門和人員之間充分交流,及時(shí)對(duì)資產(chǎn)的狀態(tài)進(jìn)行監(jiān)控和管理。該綜合性的管理平臺(tái)改善了資產(chǎn)管理的“信息孤島”問題,實(shí)現(xiàn)了數(shù)據(jù)及時(shí)同步,充分共享。減少了因?yàn)閿?shù)據(jù)不同步而造成的資產(chǎn)使用、維護(hù)延誤、決策錯(cuò)誤等問題,提高了資產(chǎn)的使用效率和資產(chǎn)管理決策的準(zhǔn)確性。提高了管理的效率,降低了管理的人力和財(cái)力成本。
[Abstract]:With the development of computer technology, the quantity, type, amount and technical content of modern enterprise's assets have put forward higher requirements to management methods and systems. Informationization has become the main trend of domestic asset management. At present, most domestic enterprises use software system to manage assets, but each department manages and maintains assets separately, so the information can not be shared in time and synchronously. The main purpose of this project is to solve the problem of "information isolated island" and put forward a comprehensive asset management solution. On the basis of requirement analysis, three modules of fixed assets management, asset maintenance and project management are designed. The flow of work orders and other means integrate the three parts into one. Thus, a comprehensive asset management information platform is established, which integrates process management and maintenance plan management. To realize the full exchange of information on assets among all relevant departments and personnel, and to monitor and manage the state of assets in a timely manner. This comprehensive management platform has improved the problem of "information island" in asset management. It realizes timely data synchronization and full sharing. It reduces the problems of asset use, maintenance delay, decision error and so on caused by data unsynchronization. It improves the efficiency of asset use and the accuracy of asset management decision, improves the efficiency of management, and reduces the cost of human and financial resources of management.
