四川省跳水隊(duì)規(guī)范化管理研究

【摘要】:高水平運(yùn)動(dòng)隊(duì)管理作為運(yùn)動(dòng)隊(duì)建設(shè)的重要方面,對(duì)我國實(shí)現(xiàn)體育強(qiáng)國的奮斗目標(biāo)有著重大意義;隨著對(duì)外開放的進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大,經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)的飛速發(fā)展,各方面已呈現(xiàn)出復(fù)雜多樣化的趨勢(shì)。作為一支高水平的競技體育訓(xùn)練團(tuán)隊(duì),跳水隊(duì)以獨(dú)有的訓(xùn)練方法、方式,以及管理理念,對(duì)我國體育運(yùn)動(dòng)的發(fā)展有著舉足輕重的作用,從而直接的體現(xiàn)了我國競技跳水運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目的發(fā)展水平?v觀近幾年全國重要賽事,四川省跳水隊(duì)無論是從參賽的數(shù)量上,還是比賽名次上,都沒有較大的提高,與成績較好的其他省跳水隊(duì)存在著明顯的差距;與國家隊(duì)先進(jìn)的作訓(xùn)思想、理念和方法相比,有著較大的差異。所以在相對(duì)較短的時(shí)間內(nèi)提高四川省跳水隊(duì)的作訓(xùn)管理水平是十分必要的,要從隊(duì)伍的管理中發(fā)現(xiàn)問題,并解決當(dāng)前的管理問題,還要加強(qiáng)科學(xué)系統(tǒng)的培訓(xùn)管理水平才能促進(jìn)四川省競技體育的發(fā)展。本文通過文獻(xiàn)資料法、分析法、討論法等研究方法,分析了四川跳水隊(duì)管理的影響因素,制定并發(fā)放問卷,從定量和定性兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究和測(cè)試,為四川省跳水隊(duì)的發(fā)展提出了相應(yīng)的參考建議及對(duì)策。結(jié)論如下:四川省跳水隊(duì)在項(xiàng)目管理模式方面,缺乏對(duì)規(guī)范化管理制度的深度認(rèn)識(shí);跳水項(xiàng)目發(fā)展不均衡,隊(duì)伍缺乏國外比賽的經(jīng)驗(yàn),不利于競技水平的提高;四川省跳水隊(duì)常年招生力度不夠,項(xiàng)目普及不到位,造成人才短缺現(xiàn)象;教練員的選拔、培訓(xùn)、監(jiān)督和激勵(lì)制度不完善,運(yùn)動(dòng)員的管理制度不細(xì)致,領(lǐng)隊(duì)工作不到位;項(xiàng)目發(fā)展資金短缺,科研保障跟不上,這些問題的出現(xiàn),在一定程度上阻礙了運(yùn)動(dòng)隊(duì)管理工作的正常進(jìn)行,也影響了運(yùn)動(dòng)隊(duì)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展。當(dāng)前應(yīng)加強(qiáng)四川省跳水隊(duì)優(yōu)秀運(yùn)動(dòng)員的管理,建立健全教練員各項(xiàng)制度,加強(qiáng)領(lǐng)隊(duì)工作的重點(diǎn),訓(xùn)練體系和競賽機(jī)制完善建立,堅(jiān)持常年專業(yè)系統(tǒng)的訓(xùn)練制度,充分發(fā)揮比賽的杠桿和指導(dǎo)作用,提高運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目隊(duì)的發(fā)展目標(biāo),提高四川省跳水運(yùn)動(dòng)隊(duì)訓(xùn)練和比賽的積極性,為更多隊(duì)員提供溝通交流學(xué)習(xí)機(jī)會(huì)的目的,拓寬經(jīng)費(fèi)來源,加大硬件設(shè)施的投入力度,奠定堅(jiān)實(shí)的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ),并加強(qiáng)相關(guān)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對(duì)項(xiàng)目發(fā)展的重視和管理的認(rèn)可。
[Abstract]:As an important aspect of sports team construction, the management of high-level sports team is of great significance to the realization of the goal of sports power in our country; with the further expansion of opening to the outside world, the rapid development of economy and society, As a high-level competitive sports training team, the diving team has played an important role in the development of sports in our country with its unique training methods, methods and management concepts. This directly reflects the level of development of our country's competitive diving sports. Looking at the important national competitions in recent years, the Sichuan diving team has not greatly improved either in terms of the number of participants in the competition or in the ranking of the competition. There is a clear gap with other provincial diving teams with good results, and compared with the advanced training ideas, ideas and methods of the national team, There are great differences. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the training management level of Sichuan diving team in a relatively short time. We should find problems in the management of the team and solve the current management problems. In order to promote the development of competitive sports in Sichuan Province, the training management level of scientific system should be strengthened. Through the methods of literature, analysis, discussion and other research methods, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the management of Sichuan diving team, and formulates and distributes the questionnaire. This paper has carried on the empirical research and the test from the quantitative and the qualitative aspects, has proposed the corresponding reference suggestion and the countermeasure for the development of the Sichuan diving team. The conclusion is as follows: the Sichuan diving team in the project management mode, Lack of a deep understanding of the standardized management system; uneven development of diving events, lack of experience in foreign competitions, is not conducive to the improvement of competitive level; Sichuan diving team recruit students all year round is not enough, the project popularization is not in place, This has resulted in a shortage of talents, imperfect selection, training, supervision and incentive systems for coaches, inadequate management systems for athletes, inadequate team leadership, shortage of funds for project development and lack of scientific research support. To some extent, it hinders the normal management of the sports team and affects the further development of the sports team. At present, we should strengthen the management of the outstanding athletes of the Sichuan diving team, and establish and improve the coaches' system. Strengthen the focal points of team leaders, perfect and establish training system and competition mechanism, adhere to the training system of the perennial professional system, give full play to the leverage and guiding role of the competition, and improve the development objectives of the sports team. To improve the enthusiasm of the Sichuan diving team in training and competition, to provide more team members with the purpose of communicating, exchanging, and learning opportunities, to broaden the sources of funding, to increase investment in hardware facilities, and to lay a solid material foundation. And strengthen the relevant leadership to the project development attention and management approval.
