【摘要】：黨的十八大報(bào)告中明確指出,科技創(chuàng)新是提升社會(huì)生產(chǎn)力和綜合國力的重要戰(zhàn)略支撐,必須放在國家發(fā)展全局的核心位置。2015年1月14日李克強(qiáng)總理主持召開國務(wù)院常務(wù)會(huì)議,提出要設(shè)立國家新興產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)投資引導(dǎo)基金,促進(jìn)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新和產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí);促進(jìn)高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)和服務(wù)貿(mào)易業(yè)快速發(fā)展,以結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化拓展發(fā)展空間。目的在于重點(diǎn)支持處于剛處于發(fā)展初級(jí)階段的創(chuàng)新企業(yè),這樣做不僅促進(jìn)了技術(shù)與市場(chǎng)的相結(jié)合、產(chǎn)業(yè)和創(chuàng)新相對(duì)接,同時(shí)培育和孵化了新興創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)業(yè),促使經(jīng)濟(jì)邁向中高端水平,具有重大的意義。高新技術(shù)企業(yè)也蘊(yùn)藏著巨大的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),高競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性和各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)面臨的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素也不同,在我國高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)初步發(fā)展的階段,對(duì)于高新技術(shù)企業(yè)面臨的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)研究還不夠深入,又缺乏適當(dāng)?shù)脑u(píng)價(jià)方法和評(píng)價(jià)模型,以及面臨風(fēng)險(xiǎn)時(shí)候的控制措施等,種種原因使得創(chuàng)業(yè)投資機(jī)構(gòu)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理研究具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。整體而言,論文主要分為七個(gè)章節(jié),第一章主要介紹的是論文寫作的背景,包括選題的目的和意義,國內(nèi)外相關(guān)理論研究,論文的創(chuàng)新之處等整體內(nèi)容,論文以創(chuàng)業(yè)投資管理理論為基礎(chǔ),對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)投資機(jī)構(gòu)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理內(nèi)容進(jìn)行研究。第二章主要是創(chuàng)業(yè)投資理論研究,主要內(nèi)容包括創(chuàng)業(yè)投資的相關(guān)概念,主要特點(diǎn)和性質(zhì),風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理理論是風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的相關(guān)概念研究和創(chuàng)業(yè)投資機(jī)構(gòu)面臨的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素,以及創(chuàng)業(yè)投資的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估方法。第三章主要介紹創(chuàng)業(yè)投資機(jī)構(gòu)在我國發(fā)展的意義和存在的問題。第四章主要介紹不同視角下的創(chuàng)業(yè)投資機(jī)構(gòu)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理研究。第五章創(chuàng)業(yè)投資的項(xiàng)目選擇,投資策略,創(chuàng)業(yè)投資過程中的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警和控制。第六章重點(diǎn)介紹AHP分析法在創(chuàng)業(yè)投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理中的應(yīng)用。第七章介紹的是,創(chuàng)業(yè)投資機(jī)構(gòu)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的對(duì)策和建議。為更好的解決高新技術(shù)投資中的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理問題,本文將從創(chuàng)業(yè)投資機(jī)構(gòu)的視角出發(fā),根據(jù)國內(nèi)外有關(guān)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理方面的理論和實(shí)際研究成果,結(jié)合高新科技企業(yè)面臨的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)特征,對(duì)我國高新技術(shù)項(xiàng)目投資進(jìn)行識(shí)別風(fēng)險(xiǎn),評(píng)價(jià)風(fēng)險(xiǎn),和防范風(fēng)險(xiǎn)并提出一套較為系統(tǒng)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理措施,對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)投資機(jī)構(gòu)和企業(yè)管理者提供一些有用的參考。本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)主要是有三點(diǎn),一、側(cè)重于不同風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素對(duì)在創(chuàng)業(yè)投資投資過程中多方面影響的分析,將人為的道德風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素重點(diǎn)考慮,體現(xiàn)了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)發(fā)生中有關(guān)人的決策與認(rèn)知方面的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)源,完善了多種措施約束防范風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的措施和途徑。二、在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范方面,討論了創(chuàng)業(yè)投資項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范的原則和策略,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行測(cè)量和控制,并探索一個(gè)具有普遍適應(yīng)的創(chuàng)業(yè)投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理對(duì)策和建議。三、盡可能的完善了創(chuàng)業(yè)投資項(xiàng)目管理中的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警措施。
[Abstract]:In the report of the 18 National Congress of the CPC, it was clearly pointed out that scientific and technological innovation is an important strategic support for enhancing social productivity and comprehensive national strength and must be placed at the core of the overall situation of national development.On January 14th 2015, Premier Li Keqiang presided over and convened an executive meeting of the State Council. It is proposed to set up a National Venture Capital Fund for emerging Industries, to promote enterprise innovation and industrial upgrading, to promote the rapid development of high-tech industries and service trade, Expansion of development space through structural optimization. The aim is to focus on supporting innovative enterprises in their early stages of development, which not only facilitate the integration of technology and markets, but also link industry and innovation. At the same time, it is of great significance to cultivate and incubate new and innovative industries, and to promote the economy to move toward the middle and high end level. High-tech enterprises also contain huge risks, and the high competitiveness and the risk factors facing each link are also different. In the initial stage of the development of high and new technology industry in China, the research on the risks faced by high and new technology enterprises is not deep enough, and there is also a lack of appropriate evaluation methods and evaluation models, as well as control measures when facing risks, etc. As a whole, the thesis is divided into seven chapters. The first chapter mainly introduces the background of the thesis writing, including the purpose and significance of the topic. Based on the theory of venture capital management, this paper studies the risk management content of venture capital institutions. The second chapter is the research of venture capital theory. The main contents include the related concepts, main characteristics and nature of venture capital, risk management theory is the related concept of risk research and venture capital institutions to face the risk factors, The third chapter mainly introduces the significance and existing problems of the development of venture capital institutions in China. Chapter 4th mainly introduces the risk management research of venture capital institutions from different perspectives. Chapter V Project selection of Venture Capital, Investment strategy, risk early warning and control in venture capital process. Chapter 6th focuses on the application of AHP analysis in venture capital risk management. In order to better solve the problem of risk management in high-tech investment, this paper will start from the perspective of venture capital institutions. According to the theoretical and practical research results of risk management at home and abroad and the characteristics of the risks faced by high-tech enterprises, the paper identifies the risks and evaluates the risks in the investment of high-tech projects in China. And put forward a set of systematic risk management measures to provide some useful reference for venture capital organizations and enterprise managers. Focusing on the analysis of different risk factors' influence on many aspects in the process of venture capital investment, and focusing on the artificial moral hazard factors, it reflects the risk sources of people's decision-making and cognition in the process of risk occurrence. Secondly, in the aspect of risk prevention, the principles and strategies of venture capital project risk prevention are discussed, and the risk measurement and control are carried out. And explore a general adaptation of venture capital risk management countermeasures and suggestions. Third, as far as possible to improve venture capital project management risk early warning measures.
