【摘要】：本文以擬建的A公司塑料編織袋生產(chǎn)線項目為例,在大量文獻基礎(chǔ)上,采用對比分析以及總結(jié)歸納等方法,結(jié)合目前國內(nèi)關(guān)于編織袋產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的相關(guān)報道及發(fā)展趨勢,通過使用運用項目管理相關(guān)知識,對計劃開創(chuàng)的編織袋企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟效益、潛在風險等諸多方面開展研究分析,根據(jù)分析總結(jié)并提出相應(yīng)對策建議,以期所研究項目可以取得非常好的經(jīng)濟以及社會效益。本文構(gòu)架為七章,第一章對本論文的研究背景以及目的意義,和相關(guān)采取的研究方法及主要內(nèi)容進行了介紹；第二章相關(guān)理論綜述；第三章主要闡述編織袋包裝業(yè)必要性及發(fā)展前景；第四章介紹A公司塑料編織袋生產(chǎn)線項目概況；第五章是對A公司塑料編織袋生產(chǎn)線項目進行項目估算；第六章是對A公司塑料編織袋生產(chǎn)線項目經(jīng)濟效益分析；第七章是概括文章研究的結(jié)論。經(jīng)過分析研究,本文得出以下結(jié)論：該項目的建設(shè)符合經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展的整體大趨勢以及我國在產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展方面的規(guī)劃,該項目的風險較小,值得注意的是風險可控；此外,本文針對項目效益的提高,市場、環(huán)境風險的減小或避免等提出了一些參考性建議。
[Abstract]:Taking the project of plastic woven bag production line of company A as an example, based on a large number of literatures, this paper adopts the methods of comparative analysis and summary, combined with the related reports and development trends of the development of knitting bag industry in China at present. By using the relevant knowledge of project management, this paper studies and analyzes the economic benefits, potential risks and other aspects of the planned weaving bag enterprises, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions according to the analysis and summary. In order to achieve very good economic and social benefits, this paper is structured into seven chapters. The first chapter introduces the research background, purpose and significance of this paper, and the relevant research methods and main contents; The second chapter is a summary of relevant theories, the third chapter mainly expounds the necessity and development prospect of woven bag packaging industry, the 4th chapter introduces the general situation of plastic woven bag production line of company A; Chapter 5th is to estimate the project of plastic woven bag production line of company A; chapter 6th is to analyze the economic benefits of the production line of plastic woven bag of company A; chapter 7th is the conclusion of the article. This paper draws the following conclusions: the construction of the project accords with the overall trend of economic and social development and the planning of industrial development in our country. The risk of the project is relatively small, and the risk should be controlled. In this paper, some suggestions are put forward for the improvement of project benefit, the reduction or avoidance of environmental risk and so on.
