【摘要】：近幾年隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)飛速發(fā)展,推動(dòng)了我國(guó)電力行業(yè)迅速的發(fā)展。電力需求量的不斷增加,也促使電力工程項(xiàng)目數(shù)量的不斷增多。在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈的經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境中,降低成本、提高效益成為了企業(yè)長(zhǎng)久發(fā)展得關(guān)鍵。因此成本控制也逐漸在項(xiàng)目管理中占據(jù)核心地位。電網(wǎng)建設(shè)的不斷發(fā)展,電網(wǎng)工程投資水平不斷提升,提高工程全過(guò)程造價(jià)精益化管理水平已成為電網(wǎng)工程建設(shè)的關(guān)鍵。文章首先研究了本文的研究背景及意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、論文研究方法。接下來(lái),文章主要闡述了成本控制理論基礎(chǔ),詳細(xì)介紹本文所主要應(yīng)用的成本控制理論,包括成本控制的概念、原則、程序、依據(jù),以及成本控制的步驟和成本控制系統(tǒng)的組成。然后,文章建立了變電站建設(shè)項(xiàng)目成本控制體系,即首先對(duì)變電站建設(shè)項(xiàng)目成本控制的獨(dú)特性以及特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析,介紹了變電站成本控制的管理模式,成本控制的指標(biāo)體系和目標(biāo),分析了變電站工程成本控制現(xiàn)狀與經(jīng)驗(yàn)以及影響變電站成本控制的因素,然后對(duì)成本控制的方法進(jìn)行介紹,并介紹了本文所采用的方法模型。接下來(lái),構(gòu)建變電站建設(shè)項(xiàng)目成本控制模型,即詳細(xì)介紹了變電站成本控制方法模型,包括變電站建設(shè)項(xiàng)目全生命周期成本控制分析、基于三角模糊數(shù)與E-VIKOR的變電站建設(shè)項(xiàng)目成本控制模型方法,以及各指標(biāo)權(quán)重的確定。最后,對(duì)鑫海變電站建設(shè)項(xiàng)目成本進(jìn)行控制,全面的總結(jié)分析了鑫海變電站的項(xiàng)目概況、成本控制的必要性以及成本控制的組織機(jī)構(gòu)、專業(yè)流程和類型。并結(jié)合選用的模型進(jìn)行了成本控制分析。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the global economy in recent years, the rapid development of the electric power industry in China has been promoted. The increasing demand for electric power has also promoted the increase of the number of power engineering projects. In the increasingly competitive economic environment, the cost has been reduced. Therefore, cost control gradually occupies the core position in project management. With the continuous development of power grid construction, the level of investment in power grid engineering is continuously improved. Improving the management level of the whole project cost has become the key of power grid engineering construction. Firstly, this paper studies the research background and significance of this paper, the domestic and foreign research status, the research method of the paper. In this paper, the cost control theory is introduced in detail, including the concept, principle, procedure, basis of cost control, the steps of cost control and the composition of cost control system. In this paper, the cost control system of substation construction project is established. Firstly, the uniqueness and characteristics of cost control of substation construction project are analyzed, and the management mode, index system and target of cost control are introduced. This paper analyzes the present situation and experience of substation project cost control and the factors influencing substation cost control, then introduces the method of cost control, and introduces the method model adopted in this paper. The cost control model of substation construction project is constructed, that is, the cost control method model of substation construction project is introduced in detail, including the analysis of the whole life cycle cost control of substation construction project. Based on triangular fuzzy number and E-VIKOR, the cost control model of substation construction project and the weight of each index are determined. Finally, the project cost of Xinhai substation is controlled, and the general situation of Xinhai substation is summarized and analyzed. The necessity of cost control and the organization, professional process and type of cost control.
