【摘要】:項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理是施工項(xiàng)目管理與施工技術(shù)有機(jī)結(jié)合的產(chǎn)物。它是對(duì)施工活動(dòng)實(shí)行科學(xué)管理的重要手段,具有戰(zhàn)略部署和戰(zhàn)術(shù)安排的雙重作用,能有效保證工程開工后施工活動(dòng)有序、合理、高效的進(jìn)行。通過項(xiàng)目管理,施工企業(yè)就可以在工程建設(shè)的前期、中期、后期對(duì)它們有一個(gè)及時(shí)、準(zhǔn)確的了解,并能根據(jù)各種信息,做出科學(xué)合理的決策,以確保建設(shè)的進(jìn)度,提高建設(shè)質(zhì)量,使各項(xiàng)投資發(fā)揮更大的效益。因S大學(xué)宿舍大樓建設(shè)工程涉及因素較多,諸多人為因素和自然因素的交互作用,更加大了建設(shè)管理的難度,傳統(tǒng)的建筑工程管理模式和手段已經(jīng)無法滿足項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的要求。傳統(tǒng)的建筑工程管理基本上靠人工來完成,管理人員在項(xiàng)目眾多,信息傳遞速度慢,可靠性不能保證,工程各項(xiàng)動(dòng)態(tài)無法全面準(zhǔn)確掌握的情況下,很難對(duì)項(xiàng)目建設(shè)過程中出現(xiàn)的問題做出正確的決策,更無法保證工程各項(xiàng)目標(biāo)的順利實(shí)現(xiàn)。怎樣科學(xué)地安排進(jìn)度計(jì)劃,合理地分配資金和保證建設(shè)質(zhì)量,及時(shí)掌握工程的質(zhì)量、建設(shè)進(jìn)度和費(fèi)用信息,做到質(zhì)量、工程進(jìn)度、費(fèi)用統(tǒng)籌兼顧,妥善安排,成為建設(shè)單位要解決的關(guān)鍵問題。因此本研究通過將項(xiàng)目管理思想引入中S大學(xué)宿舍大樓建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目,對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行了工作分解,分析其影響因素,在此基礎(chǔ)上編制了項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃,并繪制橫道圖,當(dāng)發(fā)生工期延誤,預(yù)先設(shè)計(jì)的進(jìn)度計(jì)劃無法如期實(shí)現(xiàn),通過科學(xué)的調(diào)整措施進(jìn)行計(jì)劃的調(diào)整,在該項(xiàng)目中運(yùn)用了重新設(shè)計(jì)活動(dòng)時(shí)間之間的邏輯關(guān)系;彈性活動(dòng)持續(xù)時(shí)間壓縮法;將關(guān)鍵路徑上的一些成本進(jìn)行壓縮,用最少的時(shí)間來完成關(guān)鍵活動(dòng),其各個(gè)活動(dòng)之間的邏輯并系并沒有發(fā)生變化,但是在一些關(guān)鍵活動(dòng)的完成過程中,會(huì)進(jìn)行大量的資源投入,通過改變資源強(qiáng)度來?yè)屪饭て诘确椒▉泶_保項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的順利進(jìn)行。通過研究,充分發(fā)揮項(xiàng)目管理的優(yōu)越性,將極大地提高施工單位工程建設(shè)水平,項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理是一項(xiàng)涉及眾多要素的系統(tǒng)性工程,隨著計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,將來在項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度優(yōu)化的道路上,在運(yùn)用橫道圖法及網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)劃中關(guān)鍵路線法的基礎(chǔ)之上,并隨著項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理理論和計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展,則可以更多的結(jié)合相關(guān)的項(xiàng)目管理軟件進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的處理,進(jìn)一步量化項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的各個(gè)要素。
[Abstract]:Project schedule management is an organic combination of construction project management and construction technology. It is an important means to carry out scientific management of construction activities and has the dual functions of strategic deployment and tactical arrangement. It can effectively ensure that the construction activities are carried out in an orderly, reasonable and efficient manner after the project is started. Through project management, construction enterprises can have a timely and accurate understanding of them in the early, middle and late stages of the project construction. And can make scientific and reasonable decision according to all kinds of information, in order to ensure the progress of construction, improve the quality of construction, and make every investment bring into play more benefit, because there are many factors involved in the construction project of S University dormitory Building, The interaction of many human and natural factors has increased the difficulty of construction management. The traditional management mode and means of building engineering can no longer meet the requirements of project construction. It is difficult for managers to make correct decision on the problems in the process of project construction under the circumstances of numerous projects, slow transmission of information, unguaranteed reliability, and full and accurate grasp of the engineering dynamics, and it is difficult to make a correct decision on the problems arising in the process of construction of the project. How to arrange the progress plan scientifically, allocate funds reasonably and guarantee the construction quality, grasp the quality of the project, the progress and expense information of the project, and achieve the quality and the progress of the project, Therefore, by introducing the project management idea into the construction project of S University dormitory Building, the project is decomposed and its influencing factors are analyzed. On this basis, the project schedule is worked out, and the horizontal road diagram is drawn up. When the construction period is delayed, the pre-designed schedule cannot be realized as scheduled, and the plan is adjusted through scientific adjustment measures. In the project, the logical relationship between the redesigned activity time was used; the elastic activity duration compression method was used; some costs on the critical path were compressed to complete the critical activity in minimal time. The logic of the various activities has not changed, but in the completion of some key activities, there will be a lot of resource input, To ensure the smooth progress of the project schedule management by changing the resource intensity and so on, to ensure the smooth progress of the project schedule management. Through the research, the superiority of the project management will be brought into full play, and the construction level of the construction unit will be greatly improved. Project schedule management is a systematic project involving many elements. With the development of computer technology, in the future, on the road of project schedule optimization, on the basis of applying the method of horizontal road diagram and the key route method of network planning, With the further development of project schedule management theory and computer technology, it can be more combined with the relevant project management software to deal with the corresponding, further quantifying the various elements of project schedule management.
