湖南地建集團(tuán)自營項目管理改進(jìn)研究

【摘要】:隨著市場經(jīng)濟(jì)高速發(fā)展,現(xiàn)代項目管理日趨普及并作為一種新的企業(yè)管理模式;對于非典型項目型企業(yè)其經(jīng)營活動可以由眾多項目活動所構(gòu)成,新商業(yè)環(huán)境下項目管理已成為企業(yè)發(fā)展有力保障并將成為未來長期性企業(yè)管理趨勢。隨著現(xiàn)代公司股份制及其制度變化,自營項目管理模式也相繼出現(xiàn),因此要構(gòu)建公司與市場匹配的完全自營項目管理模式也日益困難。本文以管理學(xué)、項目管理、統(tǒng)計學(xué)以及人力資源管理理論與方法為研究工具和研究基礎(chǔ),學(xué)習(xí)借鑒和整合國內(nèi)外較為成熟自營項目管理改進(jìn)研究成果,從行業(yè)性質(zhì)以及自營項目管理等方面,對湖南地建集團(tuán)自營項目管理存在問題進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)分析并結(jié)合湖南地建集團(tuán)自營項目管理實際情況提出相應(yīng)的自營項目管理改進(jìn)方法及具體方案。本文具體研究內(nèi)容如下:通過分析湖南地建集團(tuán)自營項目管理現(xiàn)狀及其問題,在前人研究基礎(chǔ)上重點分析湖南地建集團(tuán)自營項目管理存在問題。應(yīng)用管理學(xué)、項目管理以及統(tǒng)計學(xué)以及人力資源等理論與方法對其湖南地建集團(tuán)自營項目管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行全面分析;針對湖南地建集團(tuán)自營項目管理現(xiàn)狀和及其問題,以管理學(xué)、項目管理、統(tǒng)計學(xué)以及人力資源管理理論與方法為工具對湖南地建集團(tuán)自營項目管理現(xiàn)狀及其問題進(jìn)行深入具體分析,同時根據(jù)湖南地建集團(tuán)自營項目管理改進(jìn)方案設(shè)計的思路與原則并確立湖南地建集團(tuán)自營項目管理改進(jìn)方案設(shè)計方法,應(yīng)用以上方法設(shè)計了湖南地建集團(tuán)自營項目管理改進(jìn)具體方案。最后提出湖南地建集團(tuán)自營項目管理改進(jìn)方案提出保障措施及其相應(yīng)建議。通過湖南地建集團(tuán)自營項目管理改進(jìn)方案實施來解決其實施過程中出現(xiàn)矛盾和問題,擬定相應(yīng)解決辦法和保障措施以確保湖南地建集團(tuán)自營項目管理改進(jìn)方案順利實施。本研究成果既具有較強(qiáng)的理論價值又具有較強(qiáng)的實踐價值,其研究結(jié)論對湖南地建集團(tuán)自營項目管理改進(jìn)具有十分重要的可操作性價值,同時也對其他類似企業(yè)進(jìn)行自營項目管理都具有很好借鑒和參考價值。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of market economy, modern project management is becoming more and more popular and as a new enterprise management mode. Project management in the new business environment has become a strong guarantee for the development of enterprises and will become a long-term trend of enterprise management in the future. With the change of stock system and system of modern companies, the mode of self-management project management has emerged one after another. Therefore, it is becoming more and more difficult to construct a fully self-managed project management model that matches the market and company. This paper takes the theories and methods of management, project management, statistics and human resource management as the research tools and research foundation. Learn from and integrate the domestic and foreign mature self-management project management improvement research results, from the nature of the industry and self-support project management and other aspects, This paper systematically analyzes the problems existing in the self-management project management of Hunan Local Construction Group, and puts forward the corresponding improvement method and concrete scheme of self-run project management according to the actual situation of Hunan Local Construction Group. The main contents are as follows: by analyzing the current situation and problems of Hunan Local Construction Group's self-management project, On the basis of previous studies, this paper focuses on the analysis of the problems existing in the management of self-run projects in Hunan Dijian Group. Project management, statistics, human resources and other theories and methods are used to analyze the current situation of self-support project management of Hunan Land Construction Group, aiming at the present situation and problems of self-management project management of Hunan Local Construction Group, the management, project management, and so on, Statistics and the theory and method of human resource management are used to analyze the current situation and problems of self-management project in Hunan Dijian Group. At the same time, according to the ideas and principles of improving the project management scheme design of Hunan Local Construction Group, it also establishes the design method of Hunan Local Construction Group self-support project management improvement scheme. By using the above methods, the author designs the concrete scheme for improving the management of the self-run project of Hunan Local Construction Group. Finally, the paper puts forward the safeguard measures and corresponding suggestions for the improvement scheme of the self-run project of Hunan Local Construction Group. Camp project management improvement program implementation to solve its implementation process of contradictions and problems, Draw up the corresponding solution and safeguard measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the project management improvement scheme of Hunan Dijian Group. The research results have both strong theoretical value and strong practical value. The conclusion of the study has very important operational value for improving the management of self-run project of Hunan Local Construction Group, and also has very good reference value for other similar enterprises to carry on the self-management project management.
