【摘要】：項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理是項(xiàng)目中一個(gè)重要的環(huán)節(jié),良好的進(jìn)度管理可以保證項(xiàng)目順利有效且順利的開展,并在這一過程中對項(xiàng)目開展中出現(xiàn)的問題進(jìn)行及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)并整改,以使項(xiàng)目達(dá)到可研和需求分析所設(shè)立的目標(biāo),由此可見,研究項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理是具有十分重要實(shí)際意義的。論文介紹了龍巖億力電力工程有限公司項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理系統(tǒng)的研究背景、項(xiàng)目意義和目前的研究與應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,明確了論文研究的內(nèi)容和主要工作；在業(yè)務(wù)分析中,論文對系統(tǒng)存在的問題、組織機(jī)構(gòu)、業(yè)務(wù)流程等進(jìn)行了分析；在功能分析中,論文通過用例分析和用例描述,明確了系統(tǒng)的功能,給出了系統(tǒng)的總體功能包圖和子功能包圖,包括進(jìn)度計(jì)劃編制、進(jìn)度計(jì)劃調(diào)整、進(jìn)度填報(bào)、項(xiàng)目階段模板以及項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度監(jiān)控管理等子包圖；在數(shù)據(jù)分析中,論文對系統(tǒng)各功能的所需要處理的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了分析,給出了實(shí)體類關(guān)系圖,建立了數(shù)據(jù)庫表結(jié)構(gòu)；論文最后對所做的研究與分析工作進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并對進(jìn)一步的工作進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:The project schedule management is an important link in the project. Good schedule management can ensure the project to carry out smoothly, effectively and smoothly, and in this process, the problems that appear in the project development can be found and corrected in a timely manner. In order to make the project achieve the objectives of research and requirement analysis, it can be seen that the research on project schedule management is of great practical significance. The paper introduces the research background of the project schedule management system of Longyan Yili Electric Power Engineering Co., Ltd. The significance of the project and the current research and application status, clear the content and main work of the paper; in the business analysis, the paper analyzes the existing problems of the system, organization, business process and so on; in the function analysis, Through use case analysis and use case description, the function of the system is clarified, and the overall function package diagram and sub-function package diagram of the system are given, including schedule plan preparation, schedule plan adjustment, progress report. In the data analysis, the paper analyzes the data needed to deal with each function of the system, gives the entity class relation diagram, and establishes the database table structure. Finally, the research and analysis work is summarized, and the further work is prospected.
