【摘要】：汽車零部件跨國(guó)研發(fā)項(xiàng)目是一種新興的汽車零部件研發(fā)項(xiàng)目形式,伴隨著中國(guó)汽車行業(yè)的發(fā)展,展現(xiàn)出巨大的發(fā)展前景。由于汽車零部件跨國(guó)研發(fā)項(xiàng)目所具備的獨(dú)特內(nèi)外條件,對(duì)于這類項(xiàng)目的項(xiàng)目管理,尤其是項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的管理,在國(guó)內(nèi)相關(guān)研究也是剛剛起步。本文將立足于汽車零部件跨國(guó)研發(fā)項(xiàng)目的自身特點(diǎn),通過(guò)對(duì)其所蘊(yùn)含的特殊風(fēng)險(xiǎn)及其風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素的分析研究,并綜合運(yùn)用一些成熟的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理方法,以求建立一種能夠適應(yīng)汽車零部件行業(yè)特色的,能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)持續(xù)管理的項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理模式。同時(shí)在此基礎(chǔ)上通過(guò)具體的車零部件跨國(guó)研發(fā)項(xiàng)目應(yīng)用案例研究,對(duì)項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)從識(shí)別、評(píng)價(jià)、應(yīng)對(duì)和監(jiān)控等整個(gè)流程的進(jìn)行實(shí)踐,以論證此項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理模式在汽車零部件跨國(guó)研發(fā)項(xiàng)目中的可行性。
[Abstract]:Automobile parts transnational R & D project is a new form of automobile parts R & D project. With the development of Chinese automobile industry, it presents a great development prospect. Because of the unique internal and external conditions of automobile parts transnational R & D project, The project management of this kind of project, especially the project risk management, has just started in our country. Through the analysis and study of the special risk and its risk factors, and some mature risk management methods, the author tries to establish a kind of special risk management system which can adapt to the characteristics of automobile parts industry. On the basis of this, the project risk management model can be realized. On the basis of this, the project risk identification, evaluation, response and monitoring are carried out through the application case study of the transnational R & D project of vehicle parts, and the whole process of project risk identification, evaluation, response and monitoring is put into practice. In order to demonstrate the feasibility of this project risk management model in automobile parts cross-national R & D project.
