基于協(xié)調(diào)度模型的項(xiàng)目遠(yuǎn)程管理研究

【摘要】:進(jìn)入二十一世紀(jì)之后,科學(xué)技術(shù)飛速發(fā)展,項(xiàng)目的類型、范圍等一系列的特征也在發(fā)生著變化,從而導(dǎo)致了項(xiàng)目管理的方法必須要不斷的更新,為了應(yīng)對這些變化,產(chǎn)生了一種新的管理方法,即遠(yuǎn)程管理方法,就是將遠(yuǎn)程控制技術(shù)運(yùn)用到項(xiàng)目管理中。本文致力于遠(yuǎn)程方式下的項(xiàng)目協(xié)調(diào)管理,在傳統(tǒng)成熟的項(xiàng)目管理方法的基礎(chǔ)之上,結(jié)合先進(jìn)的計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù),對項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行遠(yuǎn)程管理。文章分析了現(xiàn)代項(xiàng)目的一些特性,針對這些特征,及時(shí)調(diào)整了項(xiàng)目的管理方法,從而也凸顯出對項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行遠(yuǎn)程管理的必要性。針對項(xiàng)目的遠(yuǎn)程管理,文章從資源、范圍、進(jìn)度與計(jì)劃、成本與費(fèi)用、質(zhì)量這五大方面著手,基于各自對應(yīng)的遠(yuǎn)程管理內(nèi)容和方法,從整體的角度出發(fā),對遠(yuǎn)程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行整體的研究,構(gòu)建出了一個關(guān)于進(jìn)度、資源、成本和質(zhì)量四個方面的協(xié)調(diào)度模型,并研究了項(xiàng)目中各主要組成部分對項(xiàng)目遠(yuǎn)程管理整體的影響程度,再將其集成起來,實(shí)現(xiàn)對整個遠(yuǎn)程管理的高度協(xié)調(diào)。最后,在完備的的理論和方法研究的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建一個基于協(xié)調(diào)度模型的項(xiàng)目遠(yuǎn)程管理的信息平臺,針對該遠(yuǎn)程管理平臺,主要從下面幾個方面展開:平臺構(gòu)建的理論方法、模型、相應(yīng)的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)以及如何去實(shí)現(xiàn)這個平臺,通過這幾個方面分析了項(xiàng)目遠(yuǎn)程管理平臺構(gòu)建的具體思路,最終建立一個可塑性的集成平臺,該平臺能夠通過中央數(shù)據(jù)庫實(shí)現(xiàn)信息的共享,同時(shí)也可集成現(xiàn)有的軟件功能技術(shù),更加有效地實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)程方式下的項(xiàng)目管理。
[Abstract]:After 21th century, with the rapid development of science and technology, a series of characteristics such as the type and scope of projects are changing, which leads to the continuous updating of the methods of project management, in order to cope with these changes, A new management method, that is, remote management method, has been developed, which is to apply remote control technology to project management. This paper is devoted to the coordinated project management in remote mode, which is based on the traditional and mature project management methods. Combined with advanced computer technology, the project is managed remotely. This paper analyzes some characteristics of modern project, and adjusts the management method of the project in time according to these characteristics. This also highlights the necessity of remote management of the project. In view of the remote management of the project, the article starts from five aspects: resources, scope, schedule and plan, cost and cost, and quality. Based on the corresponding remote management contents and methods, this paper studies the remote project from the perspective of the whole, and constructs a coordination model about progress, resources, cost and quality. The paper also studies the influence of the main components of the project on the whole remote management of the project, and then integrates it to achieve a high degree of coordination of the whole remote management. Finally, on the basis of the complete theory and method research, A project remote management information platform based on coordination degree model is constructed. Aiming at the remote management platform, it is mainly carried out from the following aspects: the theory and method of platform construction, the model, The corresponding structure design and how to implement the platform, through these aspects of the analysis of the project remote management platform construction specific ideas, and finally build a plastic integration platform, The platform can share information through central database and integrate existing software function technology to realize project management in remote mode more effectively.
