海格集團(tuán)PC多媒體智能遙控器研發(fā)項目投資及效益分析

【摘要】:隨著多媒體技術(shù)的發(fā)展和因特網(wǎng)的普及,促進(jìn)了電腦、智能電視、網(wǎng)絡(luò)機(jī)頂盒、多媒體播放器、智能家電等產(chǎn)品的蓬勃發(fā)展。幾乎所有的常用家用電器都支持遙控器的操作。消費類電子、計算機(jī)及網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信隨著數(shù)字化技術(shù)的發(fā)展進(jìn)一步走向融合,網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)特別是無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)的成熟,使得消費者的個人需求正處高速增長期,性能的提升是發(fā)展趨勢。消費者迫切要求能有高度智能化、個性化、電器化的操作方式,普通的遙控器已經(jīng)不能適應(yīng)消費者的需求,智能遙控器的需求會越來越多。 本文的主要內(nèi)容是以市場對智能遙控器的需求為前提,介紹了海格集團(tuán)順應(yīng)時代的潮流,投入大量的人力、物力、財力、攻克技術(shù)難關(guān),開發(fā)了“個人計算機(jī)媒體播放的遙控方法及遙控裝置”技術(shù),研制了PC多媒體智能遙控器。項目產(chǎn)品兼容了多種應(yīng)用軟件的驅(qū)動協(xié)議,軟件開發(fā)量少,容易升級;控制簡單、可靠、智能,適用于無線手持設(shè)備使用;可以兼容本地控制和遠(yuǎn)程控制;可以支持多媒體人機(jī)界面交互,應(yīng)用范圍廣泛。在生活多元化的今天,,時尚、互動是打動消費者最有利的武器,而PC多媒體智能遙控器剛好符合這兩點,也是未來發(fā)展的趨勢,本項目產(chǎn)品具有投資價值。 本文以遙控器行業(yè)為背景,以海格集團(tuán)自主研發(fā)的PC多媒體智能遙控器為例,運用項目管理及財務(wù)分析的理論和方法,對項目產(chǎn)品的投資及效益進(jìn)行了分析?偨Y(jié)了目前遙控器的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r以及市場對智能遙控器的需求,對PC多媒體智能遙控器項目產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行了分析和設(shè)計,對項目投資的可行性以及未來的效益進(jìn)行了比較全面的研究。提出了項目的實施方案,針對項目實施過程中各階段可能存在的問題,進(jìn)行了研究和探索。
[Abstract]:With the development of multimedia technology and the popularization of the Internet, computers, smart TV, network set-top boxes, multimedia players have been promoted. With the rapid development of smart home appliances and other products, almost all common household appliances support the operation of remote controls. Consumer electronics, computers and network communications are becoming more integrated with the development of digital technology. With the maturity of network technology, especially wireless network, consumers' personal demand is growing at a high speed, and the improvement of performance is the development trend. Consumers are eager to have a highly intelligent, personalized and electrical operation mode. Ordinary remote control can no longer meet the needs of consumers, intelligent remote control will be more and more demand. The main content of this paper is based on the market demand for intelligent remote control as the premise, introduced the Hagrid Group to conform to the trend of the times, invested a lot of manpower, material and financial resources, overcome the technical difficulties. The technology of "remote control method and remote control device for personal computer media playing" has been developed, and PC multimedia intelligent remote controller has been developed. The project product is compatible with the driving protocols of many kinds of application software, and the software development amount is less, the software development is easy to upgrade, the control is simple, Reliable, intelligent, suitable for wireless handheld devices; compatible with local and remote control; can support multimedia man-machine interface interaction, wide range of applications. Interaction is the most favorable weapon to impress consumers, and PC multimedia intelligent remote controller is just in line with these two points, and it is also the trend of future development. The product of this project has investment value. Taking the remote control industry as the background and taking the PC multimedia intelligent remote controller developed independently by Hagrid Group as an example, this paper applies the theory and method of project management and financial analysis. This paper analyzes the investment and benefit of the project product, summarizes the development of the remote controller and the market demand for the intelligent remote controller, and analyzes and designs the PC multimedia intelligent remote control project product. The feasibility of the project investment and the benefit in the future are studied comprehensively, the project implementation scheme is put forward, and the possible problems in each stage of the project implementation are studied and explored.
