【摘要】: 衛(wèi)星工程項目是一個龐大的系統(tǒng)工程,具有周期長、耗資大、高技術(shù)、高風(fēng)險、高可靠性、不可預(yù)見因素多以及經(jīng)濟效益和社會效益好等諸多特點。對其管理過程中不僅涉及大量信息的管理而且包括了許多決策支持。由于衛(wèi)星工程項目的一次性,管理失誤往往造成巨大的經(jīng)濟損失。因此,為了全面、高效、科學(xué)地進行項目管理和決策,以確保衛(wèi)星的性能、費用、可靠性、進度和風(fēng)險等達到計劃要求,建立衛(wèi)星工程項目綜合管理系統(tǒng)就顯得非常重要。 本文綜合分析我國衛(wèi)星工程項目管理的全過程,總結(jié)衛(wèi)星工程項目管理的特點。著重對C/S和B/S二種管理模式進行了深入的研究,提出了一種基于WEB的新管理模式。并用于開發(fā)基于WEB的衛(wèi)星工程項目綜合管理系統(tǒng)(Web-based Satellite Project Integratedmanagement System,簡稱WSPIS)。然后針對我國衛(wèi)星工程項目管理過程的實際情況,,提出了WSPIS系統(tǒng)的體系結(jié)構(gòu),經(jīng)過系統(tǒng)分析,設(shè)計并實現(xiàn)了WSPIS系統(tǒng)。它不僅能夠?qū)πl(wèi)星工程項目的大量信息進行有序、高效的計算機管理,而且具有費用分析、進度分析、指標分析、風(fēng)險分析、效能分析等輔助決策支持功能。
[Abstract]:Satellite project is a huge project, with a long cycle, high cost, high technology, high risk, high reliability, many unforeseen factors, economic benefits and good social benefits and many other features. The management process not only involves a large number of information management but also many decision support. Due to the one-time satellite the project management mistakes often caused huge economic losses. Therefore, in order to make a comprehensive, efficient, scientific project management and decision making, to ensure satellite performance, reliability, cost, schedule and risk to the program requirements, it is very important to build up the satellite project integrated management system.
This paper analyzes the process of satellite project management, summarized the characteristics of satellite project management. Focusing on the C / S and B / S two management modes carried out in-depth research, put forward a new management model based on WEB. And for the development of WEB satellite project integrated management system based on (Web-based Satellite Project Integratedmanagement System, referred to as WSPIS). Then according to the actual situation of satellite project management process in our country, and proposes the architecture of WSPIS system, through the system analysis, design and implementation of WSPIS system. It can not only a large amount of information of satellite project orderly, efficient management of the computer, but also has the cost analysis, schedule analysis, index analysis, risk analysis, performance analysis and decision support function.
