【摘要】：上海供電公司生產(chǎn)性項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)是該公司實(shí)施企業(yè)全面信息化管理的重要組成部分,重點(diǎn)面向該企業(yè)的供電生產(chǎn)作業(yè)相關(guān)的設(shè)備更新改造性和檢修性項(xiàng)目管理業(yè)務(wù),同時(shí)輔助執(zhí)行密切相關(guān)的固定資產(chǎn)與生產(chǎn)物資管理的業(yè)務(wù)功能。供電生產(chǎn)具有規(guī)模大、連續(xù)性與可靠性要求高和資本密集型的特點(diǎn)。大量的生產(chǎn)性作業(yè)項(xiàng)目管理的計(jì)劃信息、進(jìn)度信息、預(yù)算資金信息、成本信息和物資信息之間需要更加準(zhǔn)確的結(jié)合以便為運(yùn)營(yíng)決策者提供及時(shí)和精確地企業(yè)運(yùn)作數(shù)據(jù),支持對(duì)生產(chǎn)性資源和資會(huì)成本的正確決策。出于以上考慮,該生產(chǎn)性項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)需要著重實(shí)現(xiàn)的功能包含生產(chǎn)性改造項(xiàng)目管理、生產(chǎn)性檢修項(xiàng)目管理、生產(chǎn)性固定資產(chǎn)和物資類業(yè)務(wù)管理、對(duì)相應(yīng)的商務(wù)信息及本企業(yè)內(nèi)部對(duì)應(yīng)的成本控制功能的支持。論文對(duì)這些功能的具體內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行了需求分析,建立了相應(yīng)的用例。從軟件設(shè)計(jì)的角度,論文討論了軟件的總體架構(gòu)、數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計(jì)方案、內(nèi)部流程管理方案和主要模塊的設(shè)計(jì)方案,并概要討論了該系統(tǒng)的基于Java和SQL Server的實(shí)現(xiàn)。通過測(cè)試與試運(yùn)行調(diào)整,對(duì)該系統(tǒng)目前進(jìn)入穩(wěn)定工作階段,用戶界面友好并且功能較為完整,較好地滿足了企業(yè)的開發(fā)需求。
[Abstract]:The production project management system of Shanghai Power supply Company is an important part of the company's comprehensive information management. It focuses on the equipment renewal, renovation and maintenance project management business related to the power supply production operation for the enterprise. At the same time, it helps to carry out the closely related business functions of fixed assets and production materials management. The power supply production has the characteristics of large scale, high requirement of continuity and reliability, and capital intensive. There is a need for a more accurate combination of progress information, budget information, cost information and material information in order to provide operational decision makers with timely and accurate operational data. Support the correct decision on the productive resources and the cost of the investment committee. In view of the above considerations, the functions that the production project management system needs to focus on include the management of the productive transformation project, the management of the productive overhaul project, the management of the productive maintenance project, The business management of productive fixed assets and materials supports the corresponding business information and the corresponding cost control functions within the enterprise. From the point of view of software design, the paper discusses the software architecture, database design, internal process management and the design of main modules. The realization of the system based on Java and SQL Server is discussed briefly. Through testing and trial running adjustment, the system has entered the stable working stage, the user interface is friendly and the function is relatively complete, which can meet the development needs of the enterprise.
