【摘要】:當(dāng)今醫(yī)藥生產(chǎn)行業(yè)面臨技術(shù)更新升級(jí)換代,人才競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈。人力資源的管理不能簡(jiǎn)單被動(dòng)的招招人、管管人,做做工資等。而要在“選”、“育”、“用”、“留”方面采取積極人力資源策略,選擇合格人員、培養(yǎng)、激勵(lì)。濟(jì)仁藥業(yè)組建于1996年,經(jīng)營(yíng)近二十年。目前,企業(yè)的人才隊(duì)伍已不能適應(yīng)迅猛發(fā)展,要想突破經(jīng)營(yíng)管理瓶頸,對(duì)企業(yè)人才隊(duì)伍要有新的要求,人才的選拔與任用將是重中之重,企業(yè)人力資源管理變革迫在眉睫。從2014年初計(jì)劃引進(jìn)人力資源信息軟件二次開發(fā)項(xiàng)目(以下“人力資源信息軟件二次開發(fā)項(xiàng)目”簡(jiǎn)稱為“RZRJ”項(xiàng)目),在“RZRJ”項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過程中,,由于團(tuán)隊(duì)組建不合理、項(xiàng)目缺乏科學(xué)的培訓(xùn)方法、項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)溝通存在問題、項(xiàng)目績(jī)效評(píng)估機(jī)制存在偏差等因素造成部門領(lǐng)導(dǎo)不重視、員工勾心斗角不配合、相互扯皮;項(xiàng)目組成員能力水平不能滿足項(xiàng)目要求;項(xiàng)目組成員目標(biāo)不明確,導(dǎo)致項(xiàng)目前期調(diào)研階段推進(jìn)較慢、需求反饋階段信息不準(zhǔn)確、數(shù)據(jù)初裝階段進(jìn)展緩慢不能進(jìn)入系統(tǒng)實(shí)質(zhì)運(yùn)行階段,項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度緩慢,項(xiàng)目成本加大,團(tuán)隊(duì)成員流失。本文通過對(duì)濟(jì)仁藥業(yè)“RZRJ”項(xiàng)目現(xiàn)狀分析,從項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)的角度研究,提出了一套符合濟(jì)仁藥業(yè)自身特色的項(xiàng)目管理團(tuán)隊(duì)構(gòu)建理論。立足于項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)的重要性、項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)的作用,項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)的周期,項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)的方法(項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)組建、人員配置、團(tuán)隊(duì)激勵(lì)、團(tuán)隊(duì)溝通、團(tuán)隊(duì)開發(fā)及沖突管理)分析研究。從而提高項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)工作效率,更快更好的完成項(xiàng)目。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the pharmaceutical industry is faced with technological upgrading and upgrading, and the competition for talents is becoming increasingly fierce. The management of human resources cannot simply recruit people passively. We should take active human resource strategies in the areas of "selection", "education", "use" and "retention", select qualified personnel, train and encourage. Jiren Pharmacy was founded in 1996 and operated for nearly 20 years. At present, In order to break through the bottleneck of management and management, it is necessary to have new requirements for the talents of enterprises, and the selection and appointment of talents will be the most important. The reform of enterprise human resource management is imminent. From early 2014, the second development project of human resource information software was introduced (hereinafter "the second development project of human resource information software" is referred to as "RZRJ" project for short, in the process of "RZRJ" project implementation. Due to unreasonable team formation, lack of scientific training methods, problems of project team communication, deviation of project performance evaluation mechanism and other factors, the department leaders do not attach importance to it, the employees do not cooperate with each other, and call each other off. The ability level of the project team members can not meet the requirements of the project, and the objectives of the project team members are not clear, which leads to the slow advance of the early stage of the project research, the inaccurate information of the demand feedback stage, The slow progress in the initial data loading stage can not enter into the system essential operation stage, the project progress is slow, the project cost increases, the team member is lost. This paper analyzes the current situation of the "RZRJ" project in Jiren Pharmaceutical Industry, and studies the project team construction from the point of view of the project team construction. This paper puts forward a set of theory of project management team construction which accords with the characteristics of Jiren Pharmaceutical Industry. It is based on the importance of project team building, the role of project team, the period of project team building, the method of project team building. Analysis and research on staffing, team motivation, team communication, team development and conflict management.
