【摘要】：對建設(shè)項(xiàng)目施工現(xiàn)場進(jìn)行有效的安全管理是項(xiàng)目順利完成的可靠保障,也是項(xiàng)目施工現(xiàn)場作業(yè)正常進(jìn)行的前提條件和基本保證。針對目前我國建設(shè)項(xiàng)目安全事故頻發(fā)的狀況,只有從建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的源頭即施工現(xiàn)場抓起,牢固樹立安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的意識,才能切實(shí)提高我國建設(shè)項(xiàng)目安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理水平。北京市朝陽區(qū)芍藥居建設(shè)項(xiàng)目作為A公司打造的品牌項(xiàng)目,該項(xiàng)目具有工期緊、交叉作業(yè)流程多、項(xiàng)目參與員工數(shù)量大、項(xiàng)目管理難度大等特點(diǎn)。因此,要想通過該項(xiàng)目的建設(shè),樹立并保持A公司在裝修工程領(lǐng)域的品牌效益具有較高難度。近些年來,公司的安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理形勢一直呈現(xiàn)穩(wěn)定的態(tài)勢,死亡事故已經(jīng)基本杜絕,但是造成人身輕傷的事故還不能完全避免其發(fā)生,人為責(zé)任事故還時有發(fā)生�；诖吮尘�,本文以A公司芍藥居建設(shè)項(xiàng)目施工現(xiàn)場為例,以立水橋建設(shè)項(xiàng)目為類比對象,綜合采用多種分析法,識別出該項(xiàng)目的有害因素,對這些因素進(jìn)行危險(xiǎn)和有害程度分析,把危險(xiǎn)、有害因素分為高處墜落、物體打擊、機(jī)械傷害、觸電、坍塌、中毒及窒息、火災(zāi)等若干個因素,并對其分別從定性和定量的角度進(jìn)行安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評價。全面地對芍藥居建設(shè)項(xiàng)目施工現(xiàn)場的危險(xiǎn)和有害程度進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析,并從危險(xiǎn)等級和發(fā)生概率這兩方面對高處墜落、物體打擊、機(jī)械傷害、觸電、坍塌、中毒及窒息、火災(zāi)等安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評估,并提出了針對性的預(yù)防控制措施,通過這些對策的實(shí)施,顯著提高了以A公司芍藥居建設(shè)項(xiàng)目施工現(xiàn)場的安全管理水平,從而為建設(shè)項(xiàng)目施工現(xiàn)場的安全作業(yè)提供了指導(dǎo)幫助。通過本文的研究,作者認(rèn)為,要做好A公司芍藥居建設(shè)項(xiàng)目施工現(xiàn)場的安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理工作,首先必須要對施工現(xiàn)場的安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素進(jìn)行準(zhǔn)確的識別;接著要對每項(xiàng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素的發(fā)生概率及危害程度進(jìn)行分析,來對各安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素進(jìn)行科學(xué)有效的評估;最后,根據(jù)評估結(jié)果,對施工現(xiàn)場的安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)提出有針對性的控制措施。通過有效的安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理,確保該建設(shè)項(xiàng)目施工現(xiàn)場的施工作業(yè)順利實(shí)施。
[Abstract]:Effective safety management on the construction site is the reliable guarantee for the successful completion of the project, as well as the prerequisite and basic guarantee for the normal operation of the construction site. Only from the source of the construction project, that is, from the construction site, firmly establish the awareness of safety risk management, In order to improve the level of safety risk management of construction projects in China, the paeoniflorin construction project in Chaoyang District of Beijing, as a brand project created by Company A, is characterized by a tight construction period, more cross-work processes, and a large number of employees involved in the project. Therefore, it is difficult to establish and maintain the brand benefit of company A in the field of decoration engineering through the construction of the project. The safety risk management situation of the company has been showing a stable situation, the death accident has been basically eliminated, but the accidents caused by minor personal injuries cannot be completely avoided, and human liability accidents still occur from time to time. Based on this background, Taking the construction site of Paeoniflorin construction project of company A as an example, taking the construction project of Lishuiqiao as an analogous object, this paper comprehensively adopts a variety of analytical methods to identify the harmful factors of the project, and analyzes these factors to analyze the hazard and the degree of harm. The harmful factors can be divided into several factors, such as falling from a height, object hitting, mechanical injury, electric shock, collapse, poisoning and asphyxiation, fire, etc. And from the qualitative and quantitative point of view, the safety risk assessment is carried out. The hazard and harmful degree of the construction site of Paeoniflorin construction project are analyzed in detail, and the hazard grade and probability of occurrence fall from the two aspects of the risk level and probability of occurrence. The safety risk factors such as object strike, mechanical injury, electric shock, collapse, poisoning and asphyxia, fire and so on are evaluated, and the corresponding preventive and control measures are put forward, through the implementation of these countermeasures, The safety management level of the construction site of Paeonia lactiflora construction project in company A has been significantly improved, thus providing guidance and help for the safety operation of the construction site of the construction project. In order to manage the safety risk of the construction site of Paeoniflorin Construction Project in Company A, it is necessary to identify the safety risk factors of the construction site accurately, and then to analyze the probability of occurrence and the degree of harm of each risk factor. Finally, according to the results of the evaluation, put forward targeted control measures to the construction site safety risk. Through effective safety risk management, To ensure the smooth implementation of the construction site of the construction project.
