【摘要】：信息技術和網絡技術的發(fā)展,加速了企業(yè)信息化建設的進程。信息化軟件項目管理的有效性直接影響信息化軟件項目能否按照預定的成本、進度、質量順利完成。如何建立一個快捷實用的系統,管理和維護公司信息化建設的所有軟件系統,有效的監(jiān)控所有的信息化軟件項目的開發(fā)進度,保證項目的有效進行,最終保質保量的交付上線,同時為后續(xù)的維護及開發(fā)工作提供依據是系統要解決的主要問題。本文論述了企業(yè)信息化軟件項目管理系統的整個開發(fā)過程,并對選用的技術進行了闡述,包括J2EE體系結構,Dorado展現中間件,SSH框架,Oracle數據庫技術等。論文采用UML對系統建模,重點針對信息化軟件項目管理系統的項目基本信息管理模塊、項目立項管理模塊、項目綜合管理模塊、我的工作臺模塊、項目看板模塊和系統管理模塊等進行了分析、設計和實現,并研究了利用Dorado進行信息系統開發(fā)的方法,以及SSH框架技術的應用和實現等。經測試及試運行,該信息化軟件項目管理系統已經達到了操作簡捷,功能健全,數據完整,流程規(guī)范等要求,實現了對企業(yè)所有的信息化軟件項目進行有效管理的目標,對方便管理,提高工作效率起到很大作用。
[Abstract]:The development of information technology and network technology accelerates the process of enterprise informatization construction. The effectiveness of information software project management directly affects whether the information software project can meet the scheduled cost and progress. How to establish a fast and practical system, manage and maintain all the software systems of the company's information construction, effectively monitor the development progress of all the information software projects, and ensure the effective implementation of the projects, The main problems to be solved are the delivery of quality and quantity, and the basis for subsequent maintenance and development. This paper discusses the whole development process of enterprise information software project management system. The selected technologies, including J2EE architecture, UML framework and Oracle database technology, are introduced in this paper, especially for the basic information management module of the information software project management system. Project management module, project integrated management module, my workbench module, project Kanban module and system management module are analyzed, designed and implemented, and the method of developing information system using Dorado is studied. And the application and implementation of SSH framework technology. After testing and trial running, the information software project management system has reached the requirements of simple operation, sound function, complete data, process specification, etc. It realizes the goal of effective management of all information software projects in enterprises, and plays a great role in facilitating management and improving work efficiency.
