【摘要】：在目前供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革的背景下,作為這次改革重要力量的中石化公司,需要不斷提升公司產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和服務(wù)水平,直面世界先進(jìn)石油公司的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),需要通過(guò)ERP信息項(xiàng)目的建設(shè),提升自身核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,并參與到一帶一路國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略,在全球競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中展示中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的力量。本文通過(guò)分析中石化公司ERP系統(tǒng)的項(xiàng)目建設(shè)數(shù)據(jù),采用數(shù)據(jù)挖掘理論中的分類(lèi)分析理論,選擇中石化ERP信息項(xiàng)目建設(shè)過(guò)程中的項(xiàng)目規(guī)模,功能應(yīng)用開(kāi)發(fā),系統(tǒng)測(cè)試和文檔管理作為分類(lèi)研究的描述屬性,選擇項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)作為分類(lèi)研究的類(lèi)別屬性,通過(guò)分類(lèi)分析,構(gòu)建起信息項(xiàng)目的分類(lèi)管理數(shù)據(jù)模型,并應(yīng)用該數(shù)據(jù)模型對(duì)信息項(xiàng)目建設(shè)進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè)性研究。通過(guò)對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)模型訓(xùn)練庫(kù)中的樣本屬性進(jìn)行分析,劃分出中石化ERP信息項(xiàng)目建設(shè)管理決策樹(shù)分類(lèi)研究的類(lèi)別屬性和描述屬性,利用訓(xùn)練庫(kù)中的數(shù)據(jù)信息計(jì)算出該決策樹(shù)的根節(jié)點(diǎn)和各分枝節(jié)點(diǎn),構(gòu)建出完整的中石化公司ERP信息項(xiàng)目建設(shè)管理的決策樹(shù)狀圖。利用構(gòu)建好的決策樹(shù)模型,中石化ERP信息項(xiàng)目管理者可以對(duì)項(xiàng)目問(wèn)題和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè)。最后,為中石化公司后續(xù)ERP信息項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)給出一些分析和建議,用于指導(dǎo)項(xiàng)目管理人員預(yù)估項(xiàng)目建設(shè)過(guò)程中會(huì)出現(xiàn)哪些問(wèn)題,應(yīng)該規(guī)避哪些風(fēng)險(xiǎn),提前做好相關(guān)解決方案。
[Abstract]:In the context of the current supply-side structural reform, Sinopec, as an important force in this reform, needs to continuously upgrade its product quality and service level to face the competition of the world's advanced oil companies. Through the construction of ERP information project, we need to enhance our core competitiveness and participate in Belt and Road's national strategy to show the strength of China's economy in the global competition. This paper analyzes the construction data of Sinopec's ERP system. Based on the classification analysis theory of data mining theory, the project scale, function application development, system test and document management in ERP information project construction of Sinopec are selected as the description attributes of classification research. The risk of project construction is selected as the classification attribute of the classification research, and the classified management data model of the information project is constructed through the classification analysis. Through the analysis of the sample attributes in the data model training database, the classification and description attributes of the decision tree of ERP information project construction management in Sinopec are divided. The root node and each branch node of the decision tree are calculated by using the data information in the training database, and the complete decision tree diagram of ERP information project construction management of Sinopec is constructed. The ERP information project manager of Sinopec can predict the project problems and risks. Finally, some analysis and suggestions are given for the construction of Sinopec's subsequent ERP information project. It is used to guide the project manager to estimate what problems will appear in the process of project construction, what risks should be avoided, and how to do the relevant solutions in advance.
