【摘要】：水力發(fā)電作為清潔可再生能源是我國(guó)未來(lái)電力能源開(kāi)發(fā)的趨勢(shì)之一。水電站建設(shè)項(xiàng)目具有投資額大、施工期長(zhǎng)、技術(shù)復(fù)雜、受自然及人為因素影響較多的特點(diǎn),因此水電站項(xiàng)目經(jīng)濟(jì)評(píng)價(jià)是項(xiàng)目投資決策的前提,是項(xiàng)目決策科學(xué)化與規(guī)范化的重要保障。本文首先闡述國(guó)內(nèi)外項(xiàng)目投資經(jīng)濟(jì)評(píng)價(jià)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)的查閱和對(duì)我國(guó)現(xiàn)階段水電站建設(shè)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)濟(jì)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的研究,探討建立出橙子溝水電站經(jīng)濟(jì)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,并且運(yùn)用經(jīng)濟(jì)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系對(duì)橙子溝水電站投資建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的經(jīng)濟(jì)合理性和財(cái)務(wù)可行性進(jìn)行分析和評(píng)價(jià)。最后通過(guò)橙子溝水電站工程項(xiàng)目的經(jīng)濟(jì)評(píng)價(jià),發(fā)現(xiàn)存在的一些問(wèn)題并提出加強(qiáng)項(xiàng)目管理的相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:Hydropower as a clean and renewable energy is one of the trends in the future development of electric energy in our country. The construction project of hydropower station has the characteristics of large investment, long construction period, complicated technology, and influenced by natural and human factors. Therefore, the economic evaluation of hydropower station project is the premise of project investment decision, and the important guarantee of scientific and standardized project decision. This paper first describes the development status of economic evaluation of project investment at home and abroad. Based on the reference of literature and the study of economic evaluation index of hydropower station construction project at present in China, the economic evaluation index system of Nangzigou Hydropower Station is established. The economic rationality and financial feasibility of the investment and construction project of Liangzigou Hydropower Station are analyzed and evaluated by using the economic evaluation index system. Finally, the economic evaluation of the project is carried out. Identify some problems and put forward some suggestions to strengthen project management.
