【摘要】:經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化迅速發(fā)展的趨勢(shì),使汽車(chē)行業(yè)項(xiàng)目管理面臨新的挑戰(zhàn)。學(xué)習(xí)運(yùn)用國(guó)際水平的科學(xué)管理方法、改善汽車(chē)零部件制造企業(yè)的項(xiàng)目采購(gòu)管理水平、提高企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力,是汽車(chē)行業(yè)零部件制造企業(yè)的必經(jīng)之路。在項(xiàng)目管理過(guò)程中,進(jìn)行有效的項(xiàng)目采購(gòu)管理,能夠提高項(xiàng)目交付質(zhì)量,增強(qiáng)企業(yè)的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。本文以Y公司汽車(chē)零部件項(xiàng)目管理為研究背景,以Y公司汽車(chē)零部件項(xiàng)目采購(gòu)管理為研究對(duì)象,運(yùn)用供應(yīng)鏈管理基本理論和成本分析方法進(jìn)行研究。結(jié)合Y公司項(xiàng)目采購(gòu)的實(shí)際情況,采用專(zhuān)家訪談和問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法,找出項(xiàng)目采購(gòu)管理中存在的問(wèn)題。對(duì)主要問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析,包括:項(xiàng)目采購(gòu)人員的專(zhuān)業(yè)技能不足、采購(gòu)部門(mén)組織架構(gòu)不合理、項(xiàng)目采購(gòu)流程不完善、供應(yīng)商的評(píng)估和管理制度不完善、采購(gòu)成本的控制管理薄弱,提出針對(duì)性的可行優(yōu)化解決方案。運(yùn)用項(xiàng)目F進(jìn)行案例分析,對(duì)優(yōu)化方案實(shí)施效果進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。通過(guò)本論文研究,希望能夠提高Y公司的項(xiàng)目采購(gòu)管理能力。本文研究的Y公司項(xiàng)目采購(gòu)管理方案,對(duì)本企業(yè)現(xiàn)行階段的項(xiàng)目采購(gòu)管理有理論和實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)意義,對(duì)同類(lèi)型的汽車(chē)零部件行業(yè)也具有借鑒和參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economic globalization, the project management of automobile industry is faced with new challenges. In the process of project management, effective project procurement management can improve the quality of project delivery. This paper takes the project management of automobile parts of Y Company as the research background, and takes the purchasing management of the automobile parts project of Y Company as the research object. Using the basic theory of supply chain management and cost analysis method, combining with the actual situation of project purchase in Y Company, using the method of expert interview and questionnaire investigation, the paper finds out the problems existing in the project procurement management, and analyzes the main problems. Including: insufficient professional skills of project purchasing personnel, unreasonable organizational structure of procurement department, imperfect project procurement process, imperfect supplier evaluation and management system, weak control and management of procurement costs, Put forward targeted feasible optimization solution. Use project F for case analysis, verify the implementation effect of the optimization scheme. Through the research of this paper, It is hoped that the project purchasing management ability of company Y can be improved. The project purchasing management scheme of company Y studied in this paper has theoretical and practical significance for the project procurement management in the present stage of the enterprise. For the same type of auto parts industry also has reference and reference value.
