【摘要】：隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和計算機技術(shù)的發(fā)展,人們工作、生活、學(xué)習(xí)都受到了較大的影響。在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時代,越來越多的人通過移動終端來獲取信息,移動終端以其便捷性、實時性等特點,逐步的成為人們獲取信息的首選方式。移動終端比傳統(tǒng)的渠道有明顯的優(yōu)勢,但是移動終端需要有一套較為穩(wěn)定的平臺,可以滿足用戶獲取不同類型信息的要求。隨著國內(nèi)房地產(chǎn)市場的開放,房地產(chǎn)價格出現(xiàn)大幅上漲的趨勢,房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)的發(fā)展同時帶動了房地產(chǎn)評估行業(yè)的發(fā)展。而信息化的迅猛發(fā)展,也使智能終端產(chǎn)業(yè)進入高速發(fā)展的階段,智能終端的種類也越來越多。本文將通過B/S結(jié)構(gòu)系統(tǒng)的特點,結(jié)合評估業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)移動應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)的實際需求,設(shè)計并開發(fā)出一套高效、穩(wěn)定的移動評估業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)。本系統(tǒng)的客戶端將采用Android平臺,服務(wù)器平臺將采用J2EE技術(shù)進行開發(fā)。本系統(tǒng)使用的是Java開發(fā)語言,J2EE作為開發(fā)平臺,Android做客戶端,Oracle作為數(shù)據(jù)庫支持,在Win7平臺上開發(fā)和運行。本系統(tǒng)以首佳公司為研究對象,對其移動評估業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)進行實現(xiàn)。本系統(tǒng)主要分為管理平臺和手機客戶端,管理平臺主要有詢價管理、項目管理、合同管理、審批管理、財務(wù)管理、客戶管理和統(tǒng)一溝通管理等功能模塊。在手機客戶端的功能和服務(wù)器端類似,只是展示界面不同。本文的研究從需求分析入手,然后對各類技術(shù)進行分析,對架構(gòu)進行設(shè)計,完成系統(tǒng)的需求分析和功能設(shè)計,從應(yīng)用程序云架構(gòu)及數(shù)據(jù)交換、移動應(yīng)用開發(fā)模式及文檔處理、移動應(yīng)用的統(tǒng)一溝通這幾方面對系統(tǒng)進行設(shè)計。并通過測試,最終實現(xiàn)房地產(chǎn)評估業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)的移動應(yīng)用,提供了更好的用戶體驗。
[Abstract]:With the development of Internet and computer technology, people's work, life and study have been greatly influenced. In the Internet era, more and more people obtain information through mobile terminals, which are characterized by their convenience, real-time and so on. Mobile terminals have obvious advantages over traditional channels, but mobile terminals need a more stable platform. It can meet the requirements of users to obtain different types of information. With the opening up of the domestic real estate market, real estate prices have shown a trend of substantial increase. The development of the real estate industry has also led to the development of the real estate evaluation industry. The rapid development of information technology has also made the intelligent terminal industry enter the stage of rapid development. There are more and more kinds of intelligent terminals. This paper will design and develop a set of high efficiency through the characteristics of the B / S structure system and the actual needs of the mobile application system of the business system. The client of this system will adopt Android platform, and the server platform will be developed with J2EE technology. The system is developed and run on the Win7 platform. The system takes Shoujia Company as the research object and realizes its mobile evaluation business system. The system is mainly divided into management platform and mobile phone client, the management platform mainly includes inquiry management, project management, Function modules such as contract management, approval management, financial management, customer management and unified communication management. The function of mobile phone client is similar to that of server, but the display interface is different. Then it analyzes all kinds of technologies, designs the architecture, completes the requirement analysis and function design of the system, from the application cloud architecture and the data exchange, the mobile application development pattern and the document processing, The unified communication of mobile application designs the system and finally realizes the mobile application of real estate evaluation business system through testing which provides a better user experience.
