【摘要】：質(zhì)量管理在項(xiàng)目管理中發(fā)揮著極其重要的作用。研究質(zhì)量管理規(guī)劃,旨在更好地推動(dòng)項(xiàng)目實(shí)施,以項(xiàng)目實(shí)踐來(lái)驗(yàn)證和豐富質(zhì)量管理理論和方法。 本文選取某國(guó)企新版票據(jù)印刷項(xiàng)目作為案例,是因?yàn)槠睋?jù)印刷質(zhì)量直接關(guān)系到印刷企業(yè)的時(shí)間與成本的投入。在進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理規(guī)劃時(shí),既要考慮項(xiàng)目本身的實(shí)際情況,又要顧及特殊票據(jù)印刷項(xiàng)目對(duì)質(zhì)量管理理論的應(yīng)用。 論文針對(duì)項(xiàng)目開(kāi)展WBS分析、范圍分析、質(zhì)量計(jì)劃編制及方案設(shè)計(jì),并按以下五個(gè)步驟對(duì)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理進(jìn)行規(guī)劃。第一,項(xiàng)目范圍管理。按照項(xiàng)目范圍管理的一般性原則,進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目范圍管理,其中包括范圍規(guī)劃、范圍定義、范圍核實(shí)、范圍變更等四大部分,保證項(xiàng)目在特定的資源、時(shí)間和預(yù)算范圍內(nèi)實(shí)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目可交付物,以滿足項(xiàng)目的要求。第二,項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量策劃。依據(jù)項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際情況,進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量策劃,致力于制定項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量目標(biāo)并規(guī)定必要的運(yùn)行過(guò)程和相關(guān)資源,以實(shí)現(xiàn)質(zhì)量目標(biāo)。第三,項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量保證。采用過(guò)程方法、質(zhì)量評(píng)審和質(zhì)量認(rèn)證方法提高項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理體系質(zhì)量,確保最終交付物為高質(zhì)量的產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)。第四,項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制。應(yīng)用科學(xué)的管理手段和方法,確保項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量,以滿足項(xiàng)目委托方提出的質(zhì)量要求。第五,項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量改進(jìn)。根據(jù)委印方需求和生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)的需要對(duì)現(xiàn)有的票據(jù)質(zhì)量管理水平加以提高和改進(jìn),以滿足委印方的要求。 在質(zhì)量管理過(guò)程中,我們充分將不同的質(zhì)量管理理論和方法應(yīng)用到新版票據(jù)印刷項(xiàng)目中,把項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)作為基礎(chǔ),貫穿整個(gè)質(zhì)量管理過(guò)程應(yīng)用,對(duì)項(xiàng)目的開(kāi)展具有實(shí)際的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Quality management plays an extremely important role in project management. The purpose of studying quality management planning is to promote the implementation of the project better and to test and enrich the theory and method of quality management with project practice. This paper selects a new state-owned enterprise bill printing project as a case, because the bill printing quality is directly related to the time and cost input of the printing enterprise. When carrying out the project quality management planning, we should consider the actual situation of the project itself. We should also take into account the application of special bill printing to quality management theory. In this paper, WBS analysis, scope analysis, quality planning and project design are carried out for the project, and the project quality management is planned according to the following five steps. First, the project scope management. According to the general principles of project scope management, Carry out project scope management, including scope planning, scope definition, scope verification, scope change, etc., to ensure that the project achieves project deliverables within specific resources, time and budget, In order to meet the requirements of the project. Second, project quality planning. According to the actual situation of the project, the project quality planning, committed to the development of project quality objectives and the necessary operational process and related resources to achieve quality objectives. Project quality Assurance. Using process, quality review and quality certification methods to improve the quality of the project quality management system to ensure that the final deliverables are of high quality products and services. 4th, Project quality control-Application of scientific management tools and methods to ensure project quality to meet the quality requirements of the project client. 5th, Project quality improvement. According to the needs of the committee and India and production and operation requirements to improve and improve the existing quality management of bills to meet the requirements of the commission and India. In the process of quality management, we fully apply different theories and methods of quality management to the new edition of bill printing project, taking the project objective as the foundation and running through the application of the whole quality management process. It is of practical significance to carry out the project.
