某國企新版票據(jù)印刷質(zhì)量管理研究

【摘要】:質(zhì)量管理在項目管理中發(fā)揮著極其重要的作用。研究質(zhì)量管理規(guī)劃,旨在更好地推動項目實施,以項目實踐來驗證和豐富質(zhì)量管理理論和方法。 本文選取某國企新版票據(jù)印刷項目作為案例,是因為票據(jù)印刷質(zhì)量直接關(guān)系到印刷企業(yè)的時間與成本的投入。在進行項目質(zhì)量管理規(guī)劃時,既要考慮項目本身的實際情況,又要顧及特殊票據(jù)印刷項目對質(zhì)量管理理論的應用。 論文針對項目開展WBS分析、范圍分析、質(zhì)量計劃編制及方案設(shè)計,并按以下五個步驟對項目質(zhì)量管理進行規(guī)劃。第一,項目范圍管理。按照項目范圍管理的一般性原則,進行項目范圍管理,其中包括范圍規(guī)劃、范圍定義、范圍核實、范圍變更等四大部分,保證項目在特定的資源、時間和預算范圍內(nèi)實現(xiàn)項目可交付物,以滿足項目的要求。第二,項目質(zhì)量策劃。依據(jù)項目的實際情況,進行項目質(zhì)量策劃,致力于制定項目質(zhì)量目標并規(guī)定必要的運行過程和相關(guān)資源,以實現(xiàn)質(zhì)量目標。第三,項目質(zhì)量保證。采用過程方法、質(zhì)量評審和質(zhì)量認證方法提高項目質(zhì)量管理體系質(zhì)量,確保最終交付物為高質(zhì)量的產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)。第四,項目質(zhì)量控制。應用科學的管理手段和方法,確保項目質(zhì)量,以滿足項目委托方提出的質(zhì)量要求。第五,項目質(zhì)量改進。根據(jù)委印方需求和生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營的需要對現(xiàn)有的票據(jù)質(zhì)量管理水平加以提高和改進,以滿足委印方的要求。 在質(zhì)量管理過程中,我們充分將不同的質(zhì)量管理理論和方法應用到新版票據(jù)印刷項目中,把項目目標作為基礎(chǔ),貫穿整個質(zhì)量管理過程應用,對項目的開展具有實際的指導意義。
[Abstract]:Quality management plays an extremely important role in project management. The purpose of studying quality management planning is to promote the implementation of the project better and to test and enrich the theory and method of quality management with project practice. This paper selects a new state-owned enterprise bill printing project as a case, because the bill printing quality is directly related to the time and cost input of the printing enterprise. When carrying out the project quality management planning, we should consider the actual situation of the project itself. In this paper, WBS analysis, scope analysis, quality planning and project design are carried out for the project, and the project quality management is planned according to the following five steps. Using process, quality review and quality certification methods to improve the quality of the project quality management system to ensure that the final deliverables are of high quality products and services. 4th, Project quality control-Application of scientific management tools and methods to ensure project quality to meet the quality requirements of the project client. 5th, Project quality improvement. In the process of quality management, we fully apply different theories and methods of quality management to the new edition of bill printing project, taking the project objective as the foundation and running through the application of the whole quality management process.
