【摘要】：東莞市有線電視建設(shè)工程申報(bào)審批主要負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)東莞市有線電視建設(shè)工程相關(guān)的項(xiàng)目申報(bào)和審批工作,目前東莞市有線電視建設(shè)工程申報(bào)審工作還是基于傳統(tǒng)的人工管理方式,申請(qǐng)審批業(yè)務(wù)流程存在不科學(xué)、不合理等問(wèn)題,申請(qǐng)審批信息化管理水平低下,對(duì)復(fù)雜項(xiàng)目管理支持不足�；跂|莞市有線電視建設(shè)工程申報(bào)審批存在的上述問(wèn)題,本文提出東莞市有線電視建設(shè)工程申報(bào)審批系統(tǒng)的研究與分析,希望通過(guò)本文系統(tǒng)的研究,為東莞市有線電視建設(shè)工程申報(bào)審批信息化管理做基礎(chǔ)研究工作,提高其管理的科學(xué)性和規(guī)范性。 論文介紹了有線電視建設(shè)工程申報(bào)審批系統(tǒng)的研究背景、項(xiàng)目意義和目前的研究與應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,明確了論文研究的內(nèi)容和主要工作；在業(yè)務(wù)分析中,論文對(duì)系統(tǒng)存在的問(wèn)題、組織機(jī)構(gòu)、原有業(yè)務(wù)流程等進(jìn)行了分析,本文原有業(yè)務(wù)流程主要包括流程制定管理流程、流程審批發(fā)布流程、項(xiàng)目申報(bào)管理流程、申報(bào)審批管理流程以及審批結(jié)果管理流程等,并且給出了改造后的業(yè)務(wù)流程；在功能分析中,論文通過(guò)用例分析和用例描述,明確了系統(tǒng)的功能,系統(tǒng)主要功能的總體功能包圖和子功能包圖,在數(shù)據(jù)分析中,論文對(duì)系統(tǒng)各功能的所需要處理的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了分析,給出了實(shí)體類關(guān)系圖,建立了數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)表結(jié)構(gòu)。 論文最后對(duì)本文工作以及不足進(jìn)行了總結(jié),對(duì)進(jìn)一步工作進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:The application and approval of the cable TV construction project in Dongguan City is mainly responsible for the application and approval of the project related to the cable TV construction project in Dongguan. At present, the application and examination of the cable TV construction project in Dongguan is still based on the traditional manual management method. There are some problems in the business process of application and approval, such as unscientific, unreasonable and so on. The information management level of application for approval is low, and the support for complex project management is insufficient. Based on the above problems existing in the application for approval of cable TV construction project in Dongguan, This paper puts forward the research and analysis of the application and approval system for the cable TV construction project in Dongguan, hoping to do the basic research work for the information management of the application and approval of the cable TV construction project in Dongguan through the systematic research in this paper. Improve its management of scientific and normative. This paper introduces the research background, project significance and current research and application status of CATV construction project application approval system, clarifies the content and main work of the thesis, and analyzes the problems existing in the system in business analysis. Organization, original business process, etc., this paper mainly includes process development management process, process approval and release process, project declaration management process, declaration approval management process and approval result management process, etc. In the function analysis, the function of the system, the overall function package diagram and the sub-function package diagram of the main functions of the system are defined through use case analysis and use case description. In this paper, the data needed to be processed for each function of the system are analyzed, the entity class diagram is given, and the database table structure is established. Finally, the paper summarizes the work and shortcomings of this paper, and prospects for further work.
