【摘要】:中國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)在飛速發(fā)展,隨著國(guó)民收入水平的提高,人民群眾對(duì)文化精神類產(chǎn)品的需求日益增強(qiáng),影視產(chǎn)業(yè)正是在這樣的環(huán)境下以井噴式的趨勢(shì)增長(zhǎng)。據(jù)中國(guó)廣電總局的統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)顯示,2016年電影票房高達(dá)455億,實(shí)現(xiàn)了電影產(chǎn)業(yè)連續(xù)16年的增長(zhǎng),成為全球繼美國(guó)之后的第二大電影市場(chǎng)。在電影產(chǎn)業(yè)快速發(fā)展的背后,面對(duì)每年進(jìn)口大片的票房沖擊和國(guó)產(chǎn)影片的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),每年投入影視行業(yè)的資金越來(lái)越多,盈利的卻屈指可數(shù)。電影制片企業(yè)是電影的生產(chǎn)者和制作者,在激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的大環(huán)境下,制片企業(yè)組織建設(shè)一個(gè)高效率的團(tuán)隊(duì)顯得十分必要。本文從團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)的理論出發(fā),充分分析四川行動(dòng)力影視公司在團(tuán)隊(duì)管理和建設(shè)方面存在的問(wèn)題,并對(duì)比其他影視行業(yè)的團(tuán)隊(duì)經(jīng)驗(yàn),探討和研究適合影視公司團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)的發(fā)展策略。以項(xiàng)目管理為中心的管理機(jī)制,立足文化建設(shè),以有效溝通為前提,權(quán)責(zé)分明為基礎(chǔ),有效激勵(lì)為手段,以科學(xué)的團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)理論為指導(dǎo),堅(jiān)持創(chuàng)新思維,建立充滿活動(dòng)和生命力的影視制片團(tuán)隊(duì)。
[Abstract]:China's economy is developing rapidly. With the increase of national income, the people's demand for cultural and spiritual products is increasing day by day. It is in this environment that the film and television industry is growing with a blowout trend. According to statistics from the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television, in 2016, the box office of the film industry reached as high as 45.5 billion, achieving 16 consecutive years of growth in the film industry. It has become the second largest film market in the world after the United States. Behind the rapid development of the film industry, in the face of the impact of imported blockbusters at the box office every year and the competition of domestic films, more and more funds are invested in the film and television industry every year. The film production enterprise is the producer and producer of the film. Under the fierce market competition, it is very necessary for the film production enterprise to organize and build a high efficiency team. This paper starts from the theory of team building. Fully analyzing the problems existing in team management and construction in Sichuan ActionPower Film and Television Company, and comparing the team experience of other film and television industries, To explore and study the development strategies suitable for the team building of film and television companies. The management mechanism centered on project management, based on cultural construction, based on effective communication, based on clear powers and responsibilities, and effective incentive means, Guided by the scientific theory of team building, we insist on innovative thinking and set up a film and television production team full of activities and vitality.
